Great store, great prices and very friendly staff.
This store needs to stock fishing tackle as all there other stores do.

Met by a cheery hello as we walked through the door, went upstairs where Matt approached straight away to ask if we needed help or just browsing. Was very helpful in a non biased way, and supported my daughter trying on/choosing a pair of walking boots. Explained returns policy, advised to wear indoors initially to make sure they were right, and reminded us that blue light card was accepted. Very informative and chatty in a non intrusive way. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend! Well done Go outdoors Torquay

Walking shoes
I needed to buy some walking shoes for a charity walk that is soon to be happening on Dartmoor. The chap upstairs (long hair and beard) could not have been more helpful. Recommended different shoes, socks and recommended I go a size up as my toe was touching the end. Perfect advice and so glad I didn’t buy these online. Then at the till the customer service was just as positive. I left happy after a perfect experience.
