I wanted some walking boots. Tom was very helpful. I was unsure of the size to buy and tried 2 different sizes on. He took the insole out of the boots and measured my feet ensuring that I had the correct size.He took time with me and didn't rush me in anyway

Was served by Mike today, my husbands walking boots were rubbing his ankle, went into store for some advice.
Mike was extremely knowledgeable.
He was a pleasure to talk to and gave us the perfect solution. No hard selling, we came away thinking that is exactly what you want from an outdoor shop. Genuine advice.

Kieran was a cheery polite and helpful member of staff who helped us get some walking shoes. My partner has really awkward feet for trying to find comfortable shoes, which requires her to try out lots of shoes but Kieran never made it seem like it was a burden going back and forth to retrieve shies for us to try.

When we asked him for recommendations he grabbed a shoe which was exactly what we were looking for so it's helpful to have a member of staff that is knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks 😊

Being welcomed with a polite "good morning". Not being followed around the shop by someone who is telling you about the products, but is available when I was ready to purchase. Most of all though, was just being polite, which is a far cry from someone chewing gum and talking on their phone whilst trying to serve you.

Helpful in finding and fitting the right walking boot for my wife. All the staff are helpful when we visit.

When the shop did not have my size in stock, the staff went out of their way to get me the right product in my particular size. I was told that the lead time would be up to 5 working days, this was acceptable, but the boots were in within a day. I am very satisfied with the service.
