Poor accessibility
Very difficult to get round the store in a wheelchair. Couldn't look at everything because we couldn't get down between the rails. Disappointing for a store and group this large.

Shambles really
Shambles really. Internet not working, water coming in through the roof. Floor soaked, carpets badly stained. Pot holes all over the car park. Leeann and Dee doing there best to serve but tills kept going down. Only giving 5 stars as the 2 ladies where doing there best in a grim situation. Sort it out

Love this place
Love this place! The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Andy C. was in the shoe section so he helped me to get more walking boots again. He's sold me all things hiking for a long as I can remember; what he doesn't know about the products they sell isn't worth knowing. He always so patient and understanding, even when I try on every single shoe in the shop and struggle to make a decision! With thanks to Evie and Emma for being lovely too.
