Great experience in this store
Great experience in this store. My son wanted a Mountain Equipment coat. However, we were not sure about which one to get. The staff were extremely helpful and talked us through the coats and brand.
We were very grateful and will definitely go back to this Go outdoors due to the great customer service we received.
Thank you

I struggled to explain what item I required for a hike, a member of staff called Paul, went above and beyond to help bring my poor explanation into the exact item in which I was looking for.
Paul was friendly and supportive throughout.
