I bought some new walking boots from the Worcester branch. Daisy was very attentive while helping me make my decision. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Shirley was as friendly and informative as ever when it came to paying for my purchase. It is so nice to shop somewhere where the staff are as helpful and friendly as this.....a rarity in this modern world.

We went to get kitted out for a Silver D of E expedition. I didn’t catch the name of the first assistant we spoke to but he recommended we were helped by Paul, who had extensive D of E experience, what fantastic teamwork! Paul’s knowledge helped us make informed choices and felt confident with our purchases. They supported us with how to get the best out of our participants’ discount too.

Thank you John! John was very helpful in store, he happily got me a few pairs of boots to try and some thicker socks to try on, so I could see how the boots fitted. Really happy with my purchase and the experience in store.

Shirley gave us tailor made service, sourcing large size shoes for my partner. Giving care advice and talking us through the returns procedure, should we need it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Reading the other reviews I can see great service was not a one off. I was expecting to see Blacks shop. I had always shied away from go outdoors as thought it would be a hassle to do membership. Oh no Shirley was eager to help and explained the best way to get me signed up and use discounts available. Brilliant service and now for £5 I get the deals at all go outdoors.

I didn't realise that Go Outdoors had a branch in Worcester. I had excellent service today from Shirley, when buying some trainers and a jacket. She was extremely helpful, polite and friendly, making sure that I bought the correct size of trainers and making me aware that there was also a waterproof version. Thankyou.
