Excellent customer service
I recently have a trip backbacking abroad and I visited go outdoors vanguard York to pick up some essentials. I ran into Eve in store who helped me pick out some items and give some excellent recommendations. I am forever grateful for the service giving while I was in store. I now feel much more confident going ahead with my trip thanks to Eve even getting some suggestions from her own personal experience.

Returned a tent
Returned a tent, due to really difficult pole set up. CLIVE at york was exemplary. He was profesional , courteous and definately new what he was talking about.
Happy with refund and will return to look at a new back packing tent.

Horse Simulator experience @York
Throughly enjoyed horse simulator at the Naylors part of the shop today. Carys (Naylors department) was very helpful and lovely throughout. I went today to help analyse my position to help aid my young horse more and it was amazing to see. The changed from when I started to the final part was huge and so insightful. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about doing it. Well worth it. Thank you again to Carys for being so lovely and helpful. First class customer service!!
