Freedom 5 deflating beam.
Great customer service.
I went in with a slowly deflating Berghaus Freedom 5 beam.
Spoke with Mel and he said leave it with him and he should be able to sort it if not we would go to plan b. There was no need for plan b because a couple of days later he rang and said there was a beam waiting for me at the tills. Pumped it up to check it and it was holding air like it should!

Rucksack purchase
Was served by Amelie, at York today. She had great customer service, product knowledge and gave me time to compare products and to decide on which one to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Ensured that rucksack was as loaded and made sure it was the correct fit. Very friendly I wish all shop sales persons were like this.
