Thomas and Sam were amazing can't thank them enough.
I first came into the York Store Thomas wasn't in but Sam was able to guide me through the basics of what I should be looking with an electric bike to help me get to work.
Thomas arrived about 20 minutes later to advise in further detail which bike was best suited for my needs and going into a little bit more technical detail. I picked my bike and I was informed it would be ready by the end of the next week. To my surprise it was ready 4 days later.
Can't thank the York Store enough.

Josh way on the walking shoe department and was knowledgeable about the walking shoes I was purchasing and polite and very helpful.

Sally opened up another till as we were in a queue so it meant we got through much quicker. Although I had my card on me she offered to look me up using the post code which is useful to know for a future visit
