Bethany was an absolute star
Bethany was an absolute star. I rang the store just to check they hadn’t moved or were running their stock low, but I was assured that everything was in.
In the store we came across Bethany and, as we were shopping for my son’s DofE, she was able to share her experience of which kit was useful, hard wearing and long lasting as well as value for money. All we needed was in store and when at the till Morgan was efficient and full of advice about discounts and shared her DofE experience too. I wish all shopping was this easy & enjoyable- see you at the old John Lewis site in August!

Great service at York shop from Taylor when buying walking shoes! He was very helpful both with advice and getting us multiple sizes in many shoes, even though it was at the end of his work day and the shop was closing soon. We very much appreciated the service!

A fab retail experience
