I bought an electric razer from Gordons in December 2023. I opened the box and did not like it/ Immediately packaged it again and sent it back for a refund £40. A little time later I received a terse reply from Gordons saying that the object in question was damaged and refused a refund. There razor in question was returned in its original packing

I have used Gordons Chemist in Stranraer to process my prescriptions for as long as I can remember. Recently due to having arthritic pain in my hands I was prescribed Diclofenac Diethylammonium Gel 1.6% as I can’t stomach the anti inflammatory tablets normally prescribed, having previously had cancer & having chemotherapy I suffer with acid reflux and can’t be given a higher dosage as it can disguise symptoms of cancer. I was always given the brand Voltarol which worked well and did not cause irritation. The last 3 prescriptions they processed for me included a generic form of the cream which broke my skin and I had to discontinue use. I explained this several times to both counter staff & a pharmacist but they refused to give me Voltarol . I have no objection to the generic brands of drugs , but if they disagree with a person surely this should be considered when issuing items. It would appear to me that profit comes before health with this pharmacy as Boots are more than happy to give me Voltarol as I spoke to the pharmacist in there, explained my symptoms when using the cheap version Gordons were giving me & I received it no problem from them. 10/10 to Boots Chemist 🌟
Received a reply from the above over 5 days ago requesting my telephone number so they could chat to me about my issue, still waiting on that call, perhaps it was just an automated response and they’re not actually interested ?

How do i start....
Today i had to ring Gordons Chemist Head Office as we had sent a parcel to them in error worth £700.00.
Peter who i spoke to went above & beyond for us
He traced our parcel & confirmed they had got it & organised a re-delivery to the correct address.
We have never encountered such professional help from any type of Company before. He/they were just amazing 100%.

I thought this kind of after sales treatment was a thing of the past.

I had searched on line for Garnier deodorant and found them on the Gordon Chemistweb sight at a very reasonable price.
It was an easy process to order them and I was very pleased with my purchase.

......for a review. It doesn't tell me what for, and I can't remember, but I received it very quickly, and everything has been fine, so five stars for quick and efficient.

My Sarah Jessica Parker perfume set was a Christmas present for my wife and is beautiful. It arrived promptly and well packaged and even had some free skin care sachets in the package too. When I phoned with a query on my delivery the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful , oh an the perfume smells amazing by the way 😁
