The people make the difference
The people at check out and return knew exactly what they were doing and did so with efficiency. We accidentally returned our car to domestic instead of international and the gal didn't even hesitate, she immediately told us to jump back in the car and she drove us to the international side of the airport.

Amazing team, car and service
The staff at the akl airport collection were so great. The process was so easy on both pick up and return, and they're super helpful and friendly when I needed to adjust the car seat. The shuttle service was great, super quick and friendly. And finally the car was perfect for my trip and what I needed.
