Go Rentals is extraordinary
From start to finish the team was amazing the booking process was simple and clear on what you are paying for and what is required, the vehicle options were awesome as we needed a people mover so it was easy to find and the price was well within budget, will definitely use go rentals in the future Will also be recommending them to any friends and family traveling locally to check them out.

The booking process through the GO…
The booking process through the GO rental app was very smooth and easy. The company will send an email nearer to your pick up date on the process of picking up your car if it is outside the branch working hours. Pick up and drop off was very smooth. The car was very clean and we had zero technical issues throughout our 7 days of renting the car. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were amazing all of the way…
The staff were amazing all of the way through. To calling me to say where they were located, the fact my plane was landing at 9.30 and they closed at 10, let me know what to do if I was delayed after 10 - I wasn't so all goods there - were welcoming and had a laugh even though it had been a long day. And on return was just as amazing, easy to return, staff once again friendly and shuttle guy was awesome. Definitely go through them again

While the service provided by GoRentals…
While the service provided by GoRentals was hard to fault there's a few things that I dont like or agree with. 1st Being the cancelation policy having to pay full amount if cancelation is within 24hrs of hire. This should be a maximum of 20% of total hire cost or even less than that. Maybe 1 days hire without the extras addons. This is often a kick in the teeth when your best laid plans get changed through no fault of the person hiring the vehicle adding extra cost to an already stressful ordeal.
The 2nd is the digital registration of license ect. Its a pointless time consuming process that is needless added to hires.

I had a really great experience renting…
I had a really great experience renting my car from the Auckland Airport base. The staff member was friendly, quick and efficient. The vehicle was lovely to drive (didn't want to give it back!) and after hours drop off was so easy.
The only car rental place I use!
