Smooth and simple. No complaints.

GoSun makes great products. I buy several new products from them every year. This past weekend i used the Chill electric icebox (portable fridge) to keep lunches and drinks cool while staffing a climate table at a three day festival. There was room enough inside for nearby vendors to put their lunches inside as well! We plugged the Chill into the festival temporary power pole.

Horrible customer service.

Takes them over a week to respond. I tried to cancel and they just didnt respond until they set the product to be shipped.

I now have to contact my credit card company to Dispute the charge.

Bad business practices.

Knowing the Australian price and shipping costs before placing the order would have been good. This wouldn't have changed my mind as I had roughly worked out the exchange rate.

I use GoSun several times a week. Got a non-electric tray for my Fusion cooker, save ware and tear on the electric tray.

The GoSun Fusion is a good oven that really heats up well.
You look at the small reflector panels and think, "There's no way this will bake my chocolate cake"—but it actually does!
To keep it lightweight, it is made entirely of aluminum.
The underside features reinforced aluminum to provide structural support. The only downside is the aluminum plate between the legs and the oven body; it bends easily under the 7 kg weight during handling—it really should have been made of reinforced aluminum or iron.
Another issue is the three small red silicone molds; they are very poor quality and went straight in the trash (they had a strange odor even after washing).
There is no current temperature indicator.
But for the price, it’s a great deal—I recommend it.

The product performs as described. However it turned to be much too small (more like 1/2 portion) for a single adult. However it is easy to wash (both by hand and by dishwasher as suggested), maintain, store, and use. It is also easy to reuse at the beach or on the mountain. Had to make my own personal carrier to protect again breakage, but overall very satisfied. The size is the only reason for my rating.

It is really well made and works. I was actually sceptical before using with the level of sunshine in Europe, but having tried a few times successfully, I really enjoy using it.

There was a problem with the delivery, but it was solved quickly. Thank you for the great experience

Would order more products but the batteries are no longer shipped to Hawaii

This whole rate the product is crap. It'll replace your product that failed. I haven't received the replacement yet. How do you expect me to rate it?

Great product for camping and outdoor activities.

Easy solar panel/table to use and setup. Got the 120w version and get 104w charging just sitting flat in my south facing driveway; no angling needed. Purchased the following adapter so I could use with my EcoFlow River Pro 2 for charging: DC5.5x2.1mm to XT60 Charging Cable XT60 Female Bullet Connector to DC5.5X 2.1mm Female Jack Adapter Cable. Great solar table!

Work great when plugged into solar panel. Does not really do the quick charge. Works great powering up small appliances
