I had tried to use my GoSun Go six years ago when I first bought it. I was living at a motel, and I put the GoSun out in the walkway on a chair. My neighbor knocked it down, whether intentionally or not, I do not know. In any case, I realized the I did not have the proper environment (set-up) to use my GoSun Go.

Fast forward six years, and I am now living out in the country, with plenty of space, and nobody around to knock down my GoSun Go! I figured out that it works great (at forst, six years ago, I thought it was too little space for the food, and I was impatient and didn't know how to aim it at the sun, and didn't spend enough time waiting for my food to cook.)

Now, I have learned to position the GoSun Go towards the sun, I am cooking potatoes and onions (I started with brussel sprouts, which are great!) and I just can't imagine cooking any other way!

What GoSun is doing well? Making a great product at a reasonable price! It really works!

Easy to use & navigate while deciding on products.

These 2 products are so easy to use! The fan plugging directly into the solar panel is genius. I use this combo in my new greenhouse and it works perfectly. I don’t need to charge a battery so that direct connection is what I required. When the sun is out the fan is on and it’s powerful. The legs on the panel are awesome I just placed on the ground and it’s angled perfectly to catch the suns rays. It works inside the greenhouse too! Awesome product!

Ease of use. Outcome from using the cooker. Flavor. This is my 2nd ownership. It’s close to a perfect machine. Can I join in selling? Do you have a program for independent sellers?

I recommend this product to friends before before they even decide to buy it. Now that I have bought it, I must mention the fast delivery time and the careful packaging. I opened it, took a look at the instructions for use in digital format, went out to the balcony, raised the awnings and set it up. The beginning was made and I believe that the continuation will be very good. The only negative was that there was no instruction manual in the package. But, I downloaded it in digital format. All good.

GoSun is a great supplier, vendor and its products are great as well . Fun to explore cooking with the sun and now with the back up option for night time cooking . The sport model + my Jackery power pack gives me “ free cooking “ with no carbon impact .
I can even boil water for coffee à mug at à time. If the national grid goes off I will always be able to eat hot food and stay washed .

It took some time to get things moving, but eventually everything worked out for me. I appreciate GoSun customer support for helping me get things moving. Thanks GoSun.

Had to return a cord and they went the extra mile for me.
Not happy my Chill isn't working but customer service people were very helpful.

After many months, customer service finally is responsive and willing to send me a replacement tube after the first tube wouldn't fit.. Unfortunately when they finally had one in stock to send me, they did so in a box not sturdy enough for international shipment. Their proposed 'solution' is to reimburse me, but that leaves me with a useless solar oven.

Gosun is clean water for anyone.

Everything works as advertised. I've been using GoSun products for years and have accumulated basicly the whole product line. Everything from solar ovens to the Chill cooler, never had an issue with any of it, and have used it all extensively. Looking forward to spring/summer camping season this year to GoSun again. 😀

The customer service was fast and responsive. My issue was quickly resolved.

Great products for cooking outdoor & indoor. The converter is perfect for using the Go Sun solar cookers indoors - a must have.
Just a note the converter can charge other items that need a auto outlet.

Wide variety of solutions using solar technology. Great service. After Trump leaves office, the government should reinstate all subsidies for solar and alternative energy, including the products at go sun.

I appreciated the investor gift. I have always enjoyed GoSun products and have had good support for them. I really hope you continue to focus in on the low-energy, simple products as the tendency to make things more complex as products makes them more brittle. But the mainstay solar ovens are great!

Reliable products and when there are issues, the customer service is great.
