Great Customer Service!

Sylvia was so easy and professional and quick to work with. I ended up not being able to purchase my land due to a mess-up with my paycheck, but I plan on using this site in the future, because I know I can trust them.

This customer is not telling the truth,
1. He made an initial payment, we sent receipt with all instructions and timing of how the process works of which he confirmed back to us.
2. Paperwork was due to him, (via our commitment in writing) within 5 business days of which he also confirmed.
3. At the 3 day mark he fires off a 1 star review, which was not fair.
4. We cancelled his transaction and provided a 100% refund.

Less than two weeks have passed since I published my opinion and impressions about the Government Auction team and what do you think today I again have to thank the people from the Government Auction team. I will not dwell on the details of why I am happy, but I will tell you all with crystal honesty that if I always and in all matters dealt with such people, then I would be absolutely sure that I live in heaven on earth. Thanks to all the Government Auction team. I wish you all happiness and prosperity in everything and as you did to me, may your path be successful and win in everything as always. Thanks everyone.

Not sure about this site

I'm working with Tim Richardson on a land bid that I won. I just received the DocuSign agreement. Looking over it, I'm noticing that there are finance charges, something that the website said they wouldn't do. I'm confused.
The land is very raw and there are no roads that lead directly to it besides a nearby highway. The document states that my final payment will include taxes and road maintenance fees. That could be any crazy amount. The price is not concrete unless I pay upfront.
I'll be going over this with my lawyer and I'll return to this review once I've completed the transaction... or not.

Thank you for your comments but we can't find you in our system as there is nobody by the name or handle of "HairFreek Barbers" listed nor can Tim who you refer to can place you either. If you could provide us a customer name or invoice # we will then be able to provide you all the specific details in order to make a complete response.

We think you are confused as to the terms and conditions.
1. Please review the full listing page of the land property you refer to as the full financing charge is 100% disclosed on every property along with the property tax requirement. You must have missed it somehow while viewing.

2. Also there is nowhere on the website that states what you refer to regarding no finance charges. We offer property for as little as $1 down and you can either pay in full, (no finance charges) OR make monthly installment payments, (w finance charges) but there are no prepayment penalties, and you can pay the property off at any time allowing you to avoid and save on future interest expense.

3. If the land is raw and undeveloped it will be disclosed as such plus there are aerial photos and GPS coordinates to complete any due diligence on your end prior to any commitment required.

4. Taxes are not "a crazy amount" and are usually less than $100 per year---the specific amount is disclosed on your DocuSign contract for full review and diligence prior to any commitment needed on your end.

5. You can also call or email us to provide any additional support---we have not heard from you on any of the above. Why?

6. Lastly, we offer a full 100% refund within 4 days for whatever reason you choose, as we only want happy and satisfied customers.

Please email us today if you would like to cancel and refund.

Regards,

Michael Richerson of Government…

Michael Richerson of Government Auctions reminds me of what a customer service experience should encompass. He listens to the issues, he repeats the issue back, so no misinterpretation exists. He informs of the next steps in the process and a potential timing. Most importantly, he reports back to you in a timely manner with a managerial decision. Regardless of an outcome, Michael is a consummate professional. Kutos to HR and his managers.

Autobidders drive prices up artifically

They seem to have autobidders that drive the prices up automatically. It seems they are artificially pushing bids up to force you to bid higher.

Hello Mr. Correa: I've sent you notes on 3/22 and 3/25 to your private email to explain our "Absentee Bid/Max Absentee Bid" function. We are always happy to answer any questions.

To review, if client # 1 bid $10, but left a "Maximum Absentee Bid" of $100.....then when client # 2 bids $25, the "Max Absentee Bid" function will automatically outbid at $30. Next, if client # 2 increases his bid to $50, again, the "Max Absentee Bid" left by client # 1 will automatically outbid that and go to $60, etc. But finally, if client # 1 bids $110, then that $110 bid will be the winning bid (unless somehow a 3rd bidder jumps in at the last second).

Just about every on-line auction and sales site lets someone set a "Max Absentee Bid" (eBay, etc.). This is why it can sometimes look - on our site and others - like something is quickly or "automatically" driving the price higher. It is the "Max Absentee Bid" function that is doing this.

Finally, many of our clients love that Max Absentee Bid function, as they can set their Max Bid.....and then they don't have to be on-line, they don't have to wait around till the end of the auction, etc.......they can instead, go about their day, do their errands, etc......and then check back later to see if they were the winning bid or not. - Thx Again, The Customer Service Team

New to Government Auctions

I am new to Government Auctions and so far it is fun. I have won several items and received them quickly. Communication is easy and responses are quick. I did accidentally bid on an item and won! I decided to keep the item even though I was given the option to decline it.
I’m like the format and the excitement of bidding so I will be continuing to bid.
