Hello Sir: we believe you have our site confused with some other site. Most likely GovernmentAuctions.Org (which DOES use free trials, etc.). We are GovernmentAuction.com.

Our site is always free to use by all customers (we don't have any "free trial" periods or charge anyone just to be on our site). Also, we can't find you anywhere in our systems as a registered user. I'm sorry we can't assist you further on this. - Customer Service Team

Great customer service

Great customer service! It’s easy to register as well. I’m not done with the whole process just yet. I’ll update my review if there’s any issues.

BIG SCAM

I won an auction on proxibid.com for $2. They billed me $200 plus thousands of dollars. $2 was only down payment... This business is a big scam. They have more than 10 businesses in the same address. they keep changing their names. Because of them my proxibid account flagged.

Hello Sir: a number of new clients sort of skip past reading the actual auction rules before bidding.

So just to review: For any purchase of land, your winning bid of $2 or $200....this gives you the right to then take over the monthly payments on the lot (occasionally, we also have some "Cash Sale" lots as well, so that is slightly different).

For every typical "take over the payments" land lot (and "Cash Sale" lots as well), we also charge a 17.5% buyers premium as a % of the bid (so in this instance, it would be 35 cents), and then a $249 land processing fee. The land processing fee covers various fees, such as Cost a county charges us for registering/preparing the new deed in your name once the lot is fully paid off).

Most land sites charge these fees separately to a client on the back end (but we have no back end fees, it is all handled in the initial $249 land processing fee).

This is all laid out in the "Auction Rules" on our website. So in the case of your $2 land bid.....the full initial invoice would be: $2 bid + 35 cents for the buyer's premium + $249 for the land processing fee = $251.35. You then start making the monthly payments on the lot. We hope this helps, but always glad to answer any customer questions - The Customer Service Team

Yosselin worked several days with me to correct a deed issue, I compliment her on her people skills. While she did great, seeing all the issues on this site makes me wonder about the whole system that GovernmentAuction.com uses or employs. I see way too many "deed" issues to say I feel great about that, but again, Yosselin is an asset to the overall system!
