My husband John and myself have recently completed on a sale of a bungalow in Eaglescliffe. Gowland White were the agents for the sale. From begining to end we were met with professionalism and friendliness. Clare, Abby and the team were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they trierd to help with our many queries. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family

I would highly recommend Gowland White in Yarm, especially Abby but all the team are great. They were very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was very effective and made selling of the family home bearable.

Recently used Yarm branch of Gowland White for sale of my Mum's house. They proved to be efficient and courteous throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. What could have been a stressful experience was accomplished without trauma. Suitable buyers were speedily identified and communications were excellent!

The team were very helpful in organising viewings and coming back with the feedback. I am pleased with the sale process with Gowland and White. I did get touted by many companies asking me to sell through them but I have heard of dubious contract once you sign with them. I stuck with local agents who branches in the area rather then a letter through the post.

Recently sold my property through this company and have previously bought a property with them. I would recommend them to anyone buying/selling. Very professional and timely in everything they do. Their staff keep you up to date and discuss all details clearly. They are very helpful and will help to push solicitors on if things seem to be dragging. Costs are reasonable also in comparison to others. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Gowland and White enough, From initial contact, to completion of house sale, we have experienced excellent customer care. All queries have been dealt with in an extremely efficient manner by the whole team at the Stockton Branch.

They have an outstanding customer service, they answer any questions you may have. We had a complete nightmare with our solicitors. When I couldn’t get any answers from them, Gowland White manage to go over and beyond to finds us answer. Gowland white estate agents have been pleasant to work with all the way through, they are fast and efficient and the girls in the office have been amazing, from Abbie to Tanya and of course the lovely jodene who was always there to fight our corner after having so many obstacles to overcome! We got there in the end through all their hardwork , chasing up things that shouldn’t of been part of there job nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

We chose Gowland White for our house sale - the main reasons were the response to initial queries and the marketing materials. The service we received from the beginning was excellent - from the valuation and follow up, the viewings and offer and the process of the sale. Special mention should be made of Jodene Schofield who was extremely helpful in terms of advice and support. Due to issues further down the chain our house sale was tricky and frustrating at times, but this was in no way due to Gowland White. Jodene was proactive in ensuring progress was made with the sale and reassuring us that the matter was progressing. If Jodene was not available, the other staff were always helpful. Communication by telephone and email was very good. We would not hesitate to recommend Gowland White.
