I needed to replace my balcony door, and I’m so glad that I did come across Grabex. First of all they guided me through the different options at the showroom. Then they took the measurements to make sure that everything will go smoothly and without any issues. On the day of installation, Mirek and Amir came in fully prepared, they were very professional, they covered everything, and started the work. While they were on the job, the supervisor came in to make sure that everything was in order. After they were done, they cleaned everything and left the place as tidy as it was when they came in.
Regarding the door, I was a bit anxious that it might not be as what I expected. But now, I’m certain that it exceeded my expectations. The build quality is very high. It came in well balanced and the handle/locking mechanism is smooth and sturdy. The glass was as I wanted, eliminating the sound. And finally the draught problem I endured for long was finally over.

Very professional, well organised, excellent communication and good attention to detail.

Grabex fitted a curved window for us some years ago. After problems arising with the sealed glass unit, they have investigated the issue and Mario and his team have been so helpful in providing a solution and fitting the new unit. The aftercare team kept us updated on the appointment for the refit and Mario and the company were keen to work to make sure we were happy with the eventual outcome. We are pleased with the new unit and look of the window, thank you to Mario and the team.

We had our windows fitted by the most professional, kind and friendly group of Grabex employees. Mirek, Amir, Mario and Martin came over to ensure the tricky bay window installation went smoothly. Although there were surprises they were prepared and did a fantastic job! Thank you for your brilliant service. I cannot recommend Grabex more.

Grabex are a truly wonderful company to deal with. Mario and his team were fantastic at trouble-shooting and fixing our Hi-Finity glass doors following their electrical damage by lightening. They were positive, kind and professional throughout.

We have used Grabex to replace all our windows and doors. The level of service we have received has been excellent, from choosing the windows through to installation and aftercare. Would thoroughly recommend.

We built a house. Grabex advised type of window/door and Grabex measured for a set of French doors. We fitted the doors.

Doors leak.

Grabex wanted to charge us £150 for coming to take a look & stated they would refund £150 if they deemed window was faulty!

Local authority Inspector, NHBC Inspector, RICS surveyor all stated doors fitted correctly & Grabex inspector did not state that the window was fitted incorrectly.

Grabex now asking for a RISA report (at another £200 + ) before they ‘supposedly’do anything.

Feel only option is court action next.

Shame as they also supplied us with beautiful wood sash windows but will never use again and advise others not to.

A fabulous experience is the only way to describe our interaction with Grabex Windows. Everything from the initial visit to their showroom in Orpington, through the consultation and design process to the delivery and fitting of our Aluminium windows was extremely easy and nothing was too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend this company as a delight to work with.

Well experienced, matured in their field, fine workmanships of Richard & Phil & Mario.

Richard arrived to troubleshoot my installation, and to my amazement, Richard was able to determine the issues surrounding my door mechanism, which was failing to open and let me out ! This issue was a major fault which Richard with Phil, professionally rectified by re- aligning the entire frame. A whole days job!

Richard is advanced in his skills, but also very ethical. Richard and Phil were both determind to fix my problem satisfactorily.

Grabex installed my window which cracked within less than a year. You can see the source of the crack is from an unexposed part of the glass (within the window frame border) so could not be caused by myself. Grabex refuse to put this right without charging me. They claim “Spontaneous breakage can happen at any point,” and therefore isn’t covered by warranty.

You need to be aware that if you use Grabex the window they install can spontaneously break and you will need to pay for a replacement.

I’ve asked them if they won’t stand by the quality of their products and they haven’t answered - says it all. Basically a big risk using because if the window breaks through no fault of your own, you are still on the hook to pay for a replacement.

Grabex provided us with a great quality Bifold doors and front porch glazing and door. Their service from start to finish was knowledgeable, professional and timely. Communication was great and re-assuring - especially as we were nervous about paying before installation as we have been let down multiple times by different trades before.

The installation was quick, with minimal intrusion or mess and the new glazing looks fantastic in situ.

Follow up after installation with guarantee documents and after care advice is also welcome. I have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic company to all and sundry

Start to finish, the advice given was very good and thorough. No sales talk at all and no competition bashing unlike the three other companies we got quote from.

This is the third time I have purchased windows and or doors from Grabex including bifolds, kitchen and bedroom windows and an amazing made-to-measure front door with glass panel. Each time the service and customer care has been exceptional, from the initial survey and quote right through to installation and after-care. Everyone is so helpful, professional and caring. Not to mention the superb quality of the windows and doors. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Grabex installed an aluminium sliding patio door as part of my house renovation.
I did some research prior to engaging with suppliers and the Reynaers door brand made my shortlist. Grabex is a Reynaers supplier local to me, so I booked an appointment at their showroom. The salesperson was helpful and I felt like I'd made an informed choice on the CP130 Lift & Slide model of door, with its almost flush track.
The next day a quote arrived in my inbox, which was drawn up professionally including diagrams. After visiting other showrooms (with products from Reynaers competitors), I decided to move forward with Grabex as I liked the CP130 out of all that I'd seen, and the lead time to installation was about 10-12 weeks, which suited my project.

After paying a deposit, I was contacted about a week later to arrange a survey. There was a 2 week lead time, for a total of 3 weeks after paying the deposit, which at the time made me feel a bit nervous about whether my expectations for installation were optimistic, but in the end it was completely fine. The survey was very comprehensively and professionally carried out. This came back a few days later as there was an issue processing it, but it was specific to my case and I don't expect it would happen again so I won't knock Grabex for it as after some phone calls they did sort it. The customer support team were very good at trying to get my case advanced - Lindsay and Matt were two very helpful members. When I did get the survey paperwork, it was second-to-none in terms of design and specification, and gave my builder what he needed to prep the aperture.

A few weeks later I was offered an installation date, which was about 10 weeks after I paid my deposit. On the day, the fitters arrived and very quickly installed the door. If you've had a builder do any prep for you, it's best that they be around in case they need to do any finishing off of the aperture, as mine had to because he hadn't quite made it ready properly (no fault of Grabex). The Reynaers CP130 product looks beautiful in the space and I'm very happy with it.

A couple of hours after installation, I noticed that I was unable to lock one of the doors as the handle wouldn't rotate up. I emailed and called Customer Support and Matt was straight on the case, able to get the fitter back round in the afternoon to have a look as they (rightly) didn't want me to be without a lockable door overnight. I suspected that the sliding door frame was settling in to the wall and probably just needed adjusting, so I wasn't too concerned, but was glad it was being taken seriously. The fitter returned and quickly disassembled and reassembled the door so that it sat better, which fixed the problem completely.

Overall my experience with Grabex has been very positive, and I would use them again. There were a few niggles in the process that could be improved, especially in terms of communicating next steps at each point along the order process, but there was always someone I could talk to and overall I did get a door installed in 10 weeks, which I believe is on the faster side of average for the industry, plus the customer support team are brilliant when you arrive into their care, so I would still rate Grabex 5 stars.

High quality windows, great installation & customer service.

Really pleased with our uPVC French doors. The grey exterior we chose looks very smart and the installation team were super efficient and polite. Excellent customer service kept us informed all the way through although it would have been good to have a video call to go through the options as it can be hard to choose just from the brochure info alone.

Professional firm represented well by sales, technical and support staff. We ordered the SL68 aluminium windows which offer a good ratio of glass to frame, so letting lots of light in. Installers took 2 days for 7 windows, working diligently and without compromise.
