Two different bottles this week have…
Two different bottles this week have been off 5 days before the best before date! One putrid and lumpy one day after opening.
The other had a vomit smell when we first opened it.
I have been buying Grahams Gold Smooth…
I have been buying Grahams Gold Smooth for some time. It has supposedly cream added and recently I have noticed that it is a bit thin. Has the the addition of cream been lessened? I bought it to add to my coffee and found that I had to add a dollop of single cream to get the same results as before. I'll probably try another product and save on buying cream to make up the difference.
Do not buy
Do not buy! Absolutely disgusting, we have given the benefit of the doubt thinking we might just be unlucky but milk always tastes off and tonight it actually smelled if chemicals!!! Just avoid.

I bought from Tesco and I'll never buy again.. the taste was horrible and on top was something like a milk cream, but wasn't natural ...it was fat ,something synthetic, by no means cream. Don't buy👎
Worst tasting milk on the market
Worst tasting milk on the market, often come across bottles that aren't sealed correctly. Even when sealed the taste is awful.
I'm a truck driver, so make most of my purchases from motorway service stations, usually £1.15 per pint, Marks and Spencer charge 90p per pint and the quality is far superior.
I don’t very often write a negative…
I don’t very often write a negative review I prefer an even balanced honest account.
But after already writing to Grahams and being send a £1 voucher ( which is unspent) I absolutely love their SKYR pouch yogurt
BUT they go off well before the use by date and I have for the last time putting a full one in the bin after putting fizzy off yogurt in my mouth.
I have raised these points with Grahams and Tesco and they didn’t seem to care
So my warning to you before your stomach turns with off milky product don’t buy them…
Something that makes me sad as I love them
The big pot doesn’t seem to have the same issue
Very disappointed that Graham’s don’t seem to care that their product doesn’t store well especially for home delivery or packet lunch ( in chill storage)
Valued customer
Purchased this product many of times over the years and have thoroughly enjoyed the taste and texture. I purchased a bottle from my local Sainsburys Friday 10th May with a good date which expires 15th May, it was opened before this expired date and consumed. The taste was vile and sharp indicating the product was off, it was immediately spat out but made me feel sick for a few days!
This was reported to grahams where I was promptly contacted by a representative Andrew with apologies, wanting more info of the batch and would compensate. Two weeks on after multiple attempts all went quiet! I feel they do not value their customers and are not willing to help to identify the issues. I have seen other customers have issues with bottles purchased from sainsburys and could be down to how they are storing these products… would not recommend and be buying anymore now
Contaminated / unsafe organic milk
Two cartons of Organic Milk bought at Sainsbury’s on 21st April ( use by 27.4.24) . Given to my grand daughter - she wasn’t too happy with it. On examination no unpleasant odour apparent but it tasted putrid. Same situation with other carton. Both contents discarded. Grand daughter very sick and vomitting. Furious. Trying to do the right thing by buying this product. Notified Sainsbury’s and hope they removed all similar from sale. Is it too much to ask that these products are safe to consume? This product must have been contaminated at some stage during production. The packaging showed no signs of interference. Very unhappy with the product - not going to risk it again. Three days later and thankfully grand daughter seems to be on the mend.
Kefir Yogurt
I have had a Grahams Kefir yogurt for my dinner over the last month, they are creamy and taste nice. I have no evidence to say if the Kefir is improving my gut health.
Bleach ..
Bleach ... Most disgusting yogurt and milk wich I ever had. I don't know what they put inside but for sure that is not made from milk . Disgusting products . Not recommended, Don't touch their products
2 x cartons of semi skimmed organic…
2 x cartons of semi skimmed organic milk from grahams had to be binned as they were off when opened and still well in date. There are several reviews saying the same. This is not good enough.
Light and low tastes absolutely…
Light and low tastes absolutely disgusting. I still can't get the tase out my mouth.
Graham’s Organic Milk Cartons
Always seem to go sour before the use by date, even when the carton hasn’t been opened. It’s always stored below 4 C. This has happened on numerous occasions. The milk must have high numbers of spoilage bacteria. I won’t be purchasing again!
I often buy Graham's Organic milk as I…
I often buy Graham's Organic milk as I prefer the small cardboard cartons (I NEVER buy the plastic bottles of milk), but I occasionally find that the milk is 'off', even when still in date. This week, on 14th March, I bought a carton of the organic Whole Milk in Sainsburys. It was dated 'use by 16 March', I opened it on the 15th and it was 'off' and lumpy, in spite of it being carried home in a freezer bag and put immediately in the fridge. It is making me feel I don't want to buy it any more, which is a shame.....
Cap issue
Unfortunately I find the his B milk is delightful but recently I’ve found that the year off sealer disc beneath the plastic cover is detached from the plastic bottle and I have had to return the product. Please ensure your cap sealing machinery is working correctly I am sorry to give this review but there is obviously a production issue which requires attention, how do I know this? Because I worked in the food industry for many years. Sort out the equipment and allow me to start purchasing this product as gain.
Not what it used to be - won’t buy again.
This used to be lovely thick, creamy milk which had a thick creamy plug which settled on the top. It’s now thinner, more watery, less luxurious and absolutely no thick creamy bits. They’re still charging for a luxury item but luxury, proper Jersey milk IT DEFINITELY IS NOT. Won’t be buying this again. Save your money and just buy normal whole milk. No difference anymore. Rip off.
Great company
Milk had weird lumps, I emailed to ask if that is normal, they replied to me via email to ask for more information and explain. They also sent a letter via post with discount coupons. Great company, highly recommend their products.
Brilliant tasting gold top milk.

Bought 2 milks in 1 day from different shops. Both gone off and both over 4 days left. Disgusting. And looking at others seems to be a regular thing.
Was enjoying Skyr yogurts and also…
Was enjoying Skyr yogurts and also Graham's high protein yogurt until recently, it seems now the things have gone off by the time they are on the shelf, thought it was the fridge in a particular shop, but it's the same everywhere including my own fridge where we had packs dated 8th August that had gone off mid July.
