Nice milk but the lids don’t fit the bottles, so if someone inadvertently lays it flat in the fridge, it leaks everywhere. This is before it has been opened for the first time.

Since 5th April I bought gold top Grahams milk and Inam do upset.
My milk frother cannot make perfect frothy milk anymore and the yogurt just went to the bin.
I do not buy Grahams in Alexandria anymore.

Not what we expected from Grahams
We decided to try the doorstop delivery service to reduce our plastic consumption the cost is much higher close to double the cost of buying Grahams milk form the supermarket. But we had numerous issues with the deliveries. The delivery van kept breaking down, clutch issues, bottling issues (glass was replaced with plastic) received the wrong quantities of milk. So we decided to cancel. Initially we were compensated for the delays/mix ups but the customer service seemed to deteriorate and they do not seem to want to retain existing customers. Not recommended

Bad customer service
We have various issues with this company
• Constant mix-up with orders (milk not delivered)
• Late deliveries
• No receipt for orders left
• Driver dumping the deliveries at the from door not informing anyone
I have spoken to the person at the dept many times and these are issues constantly popping up.
If these issues are not rectified we will go elsewhere after being with the company for years.
I messaged the face book team twice no one got in touch to resolve this issue
Looks like the company is not interested in what customers are saying.
