They are the Fraud Company and Criminals

They are the Fraud Company, they are using same contact number 0800 145 5117 under different registered names and websites. Mr. James and Mr. Paul are 2 names which is understandable that they are not using correct name either and the other companies are engaged with them in this Fraud. After taking payment the services are not provided as per the committed itinerary and than other Coach people who are engaged with them like cabzilla company they ask additional money before starting the Tour and threaten to the agents that they need more money GBP 300 - 350 and different amount or else they will stop the services. We people pay them so that the client is not facing any issue during the tours, this is a lesson that do not trust fraud people like them and do not give any payment until you are satisfied for the License and registration. They will never provide full services if they will complete the services they will charge you double the amount, they are fraud and criminals.

Never use Grand Coaches

I have booked coach for 23 people travelling to stansted airport from Bedford about 1Yr back and paid the full money. But 4 Hrs before the journey on 31st Aug 2022, I got the message that his vehicle is broken down , cannot send the transport , as I have to do an alternative arrangement, as it was in the middle of night and after so many talks, he did send 19 seater mini bus and some how squeezed 23 people and laguage in that.

Same thing happened on return, while I was in spain , I got the message on 3rd Sep that due to an unavailability of driver, he cannot send the transport (My return flight was on 4th Night) ...and tried to called the manager but failed to take my calls .... panically at the last minute.. Then I have to book the different transport for 23 people at a high rate.. and at the last minute.

And he is refusing to refund the amount due to his failure.

If you could try to give us the compensation regarding the things happened, that would be a great help to us..

AVOID AT ALL COST!

Only rating 1* because their isn't a -10*!!!!

Absolutely vile and disgusting company who are clearly just after people's money and have NO intention of delivering a service.

Turned up th DAY before our date we booked claiming it was "my fault" because I booked the bus for MIDNIGHT of the 6th and these "business people" read that to be MIDNIGHT of the 5th! How anyone can make that mistake I have no idea! (This is also AFTER I received a phonecall the day before my wedding to state the vehicles I had booked had "mechanical faults" and they could issue another bus but an extra fee would be requested!!!! It was the day before my wedding i had no choice!!!!

The morning of my wedding was spent back and forth on emails (they wouldn't supply a contact number! Of course!!) Trying to get them to send another bus because they sent it on the wrong night!! They still claimed this was my fault and could send another bus AT ANOTHER COST!!! (I reiterate.....it was my wedding day I had no choice!)

It gets worse.......the evening came and the bus arrives.....I'm surprised it even made it out their yard! I wouldn't put it past them that this vehicle was not safe to be road worthy....AND it breaks down!! Doesn't even get it out the venue car park!!! My father in law, on the evening of his sons wedding, spends carting this driver back to their yard to "get another bus" but by this point my venue had arranged taxis for everyone. I am currently speaking with trading standards about how to retrieve my money back because they clearly had no intention of delivering this service, they ROBBED me of a LOT of money and lastly, ruined my day!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEESE

Absolute shambles of a company!
Was told they would price match a quote we had already got from another company, changed their mind the day before we were due to depart, would only send a 16seater instead of 22 seater, we had already paid £450 to them they then requested we had to pay another £240 or they wouldn’t send the minibus the next day! So with only an hour before company’s were due to shut and nowhere else to look we were forced to pay the extra or we wouldn’t get there!! Luckily got hold of the drivers number who was excellent, this company should be shut down immediately robbing scamming bunch of a”sh@les!!!!! Do not book with them you’ve been warned!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They "price matched" and then went back on this after I had received an invoice and paid the deposit and only 5 weeks away from my best friends hen weekend. I have now been told I either have to pay more money to keep the booking or I can cancel and lose my £200 deposit. Absolutely disgusting service. I have since read some other awful reviews on this company, with some people having paid in full and the bus not turning up at all. Due to this I have cancelled as I can't trust that they will turn up on the day!!! So upsetting that there are companies out there that can get away with this and pocket peoples well earned money.

I feel it’s important to share that grand coaches are also trading under Queens coaches. I have spoken to the same man called Josh and i recognised him straight away as I found him very abrasive when I spoke to him at grand coaches. Be aware.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute shambles. I booked a 79 seater coach 9 months prior to my wedding. There was no parking at the venue so we decided to provide a coach for our guests. The day before my wedding they cancelled as both of the drivers had called in sick. After hours of being on the phone with them they sorted one driver who had to provide a shuttle service. They were then over half an hour late on the day and my guests arrived just minutes before the ceremony. Complete waste of money and terrible service. When contacted to seek compensation, they were rude, unapologetic and offer no compensation. Your money is not safe with this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Had such a terrible experience with these cowboys, if I could leave no starts I would. Booked for a day trip out for 19 of us well in advance (5 weeks), 5 days before the trip we get told we need to pay another £200 ontop of the nearly £500 we already paid them upfront. This was for two drivers now as otherwise the driver we had booked would be working over the legal hours limit (?) how this was missed by them on booking I struggle to understand. When we called the company to discuss this we were astounded at the lack of professionalism and lack of care for their customers. They didn’t want to know.
With such little time to arrange an alternative plan we reluctantly all paid and eagerly awaited confirmation of the driver details - which never came. By this time we had just seen the reviews so were extremely nervous they wouldn’t even turn up. NEXT... we were asked for a further £200 for a coach ‘deposit’ incase there was any damage to the coach!!!! By now we knew we had been scammed. Looking at their companies house I can see they’ve changed their premises twice in the last year or so, probably due to running away from angry customers who’s needs they cannot fulfil. They told us only 50% of the payment could be refunded and quite frankly I am disgusted with their standards of trading. Luckily we managed to get another reputable company to take us to our event at short notice and extra cost but all went smoothly.
Time to get a proper job boys!

They should be Grand Larceny Coach Scammers instead

Crooks, thieves, scammers - don't own a single bus

These are not real bus owners.
They rent off real bus companies.
They will no honour any jobs.
They will not refund if you cancel, even if in advance of many months.
It's a complete licence to print money and karma will find them eventually.
If you want a REAL bus company Google The Bus Guild of UK and go with people with history longer than 12 months and a manager who is older than 24. Henry Luu and his partner Josh are the dodgiest criminals and Grand Coaches stand for Grand Larceny.
NEVER TRUST THEM EVER! You have been warned.

UNLAWFUL COMPANY

If I could have put zero stars for this review I would have. I booked Grand Coaches for my wedding. They claimed that they would beat any quote I had. I sent them a quote from a local coach company by email, to which they responded quoting a lower amount. I responded to say I accepted this and they then invoiced me for 50% of the amount in Feb 18, confirming via email the 80 seater “red double decker London bus” type vehicle. They then contacted me a month before the wedding asking for the remaining 50%, which I paid. 2 days before my wedding (on the Friday afternoon prior to me getting married on the Sunday) I was contacted to say that the quote I provided to them (9 month earlier) was invalid as it was not on an invoice and I needed to pay another circa £120 or they would withdraw the service, knowing full well I would have no time to organise anything else. I had stated to them that a quote would not be on an invoice as an invoice is for payment, not to invoice. I would also add that Grand Coaches quotation to me was on email. I also stated that at the time this was never raised as an issue, and this had all been agreed. I contacted citizens advice who stated they were in a clear breach of contract, however I took the decision to pay the extra as otherwise I would have had no coach for my wedding. At this point I was nervous as looked at other reviews where coaches had not been provided or a completely different coach than was agreed. I contacted Grand Coaches and it was confirmed to me that the coach they confirmed in February would be provided. I spoke to a guy called Henry Luu who constantly stayed to me that he couldn’t make any decision as it was “above his pay grade” and he “wasn’t authorised”. I have since found out that he is a director and runs the business. On the day of the wedding they issued a standard single decker coach with more than 30 less seats. I subsequently had to pay additional costs to pay for taxis and hotels for the guests who could not get on the coach. When I contacted Grand Coaches and spoke to Henry Luu, he refused to accept that Grand Coaches were at fault as we had not complained on the day and should have refused the coach. I explained that we did complain to the driver, but had we refused the coach we would have had to organise a significant amount of additional coaches and taxis at a significant additional cost. Henry Luu and Grand coaches refused to accept and responsibility for anything. I reluctantly stated that I would take the matter to court and did so. The court awarded a full refund plus all of he additional costs that I had incurred for taxis and hotels (which were more than the cost of the coach again). Henry Luu and Grand Coaches further refused to settle the courts award. I then issued a CCJ against the company, but they still refused to make any payment. My last course of action was to employ a debt collection company, who obtained a high court writ and arrived at the home of the director Henry Luu and stated that full payment must be made or they would seize goods from his home to the value. He subsequently paid on the spot. Looking at reviews for his company it appears that this is a tactic by this company to extract additional money from vulnerable customers who perhaps would not go to the lengths that I did to recover what was rightly theirs. I would also add that there is an ongoing investigation being undertaken by trading standards into this company due to their operations and behaviour. Unfortunately, prior to all of the complications arising, I had recommended them to a friend of mine for his stag do. Once the issues had arisen I warned him, however they had already paid in full for their service. Low and behold the day before the service they called him to ask if they had organised parking at the airport for the coach (something the coach company should organise on any case). As my friend had not they charged him another £80. Again he had no choice but to pay a day before the stag do. He subsequently spoke to the airport who confirmed there were no parking costs and that the coach company should not have charged any extra. Again the contact at Grand Coaches was Henry Luu. I have advised him to consider his legal position similar to what I did.

I would ask that anybody seriously consider using this company prior to using them and read all of the reviews which provide for pretty grim reading.

I would further add that should anyone have had a similar experience to me, follow through with your attempts to recover the money as they will eventually be forced to pay what you are entitled to recover.

This is the first poor experience I have ever written for any company I have ever used, I just want to prevent, wherever possible, others going through the stress and complications that me and my family had to endure due to this company

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Ended up with a much smaller bus than ordered and paid for.
Must have a lot of complains since they have an own department taking care of this, and they need at least 2 weeks before they can answer. Will never think of using them again after this experience.

We are a company and recently used Grand Coaches for our Christmas Party

We are a company and recently used Grand Coaches to take us to a work Christmas party from Fareham to Burton Upon Trent, returning the next day. After submitting my request on a comparison site I received a call from Josh at Grand Coaches who offered to match the quote I had received. It took me a few days to get authorisation from the relevant people in the company and Grand Coaches were rather pushy when it came to us making payment of the deposit. We paid this and only then did we receive the booking confirmation which stated in small print that we needed to pay for the drivers hotel. I queried this with them as this was not mentioned at the time of booking. I was told that that's how it usually worked. We proceeded with booking as we were left with no choice but it we had time to find alternative transport we would have. This contract would not have been valid as they did not bring the terms of the contract to our attention before hand. Nevertheless we could not fault the driver, although the customer service of the company let them down.

Fraud company.

Fraud company.
Increase their price after taking the advance and then will not return the money. Don't fall in their trap.
We, an amateur drama group were looking for a coach travel to London for our performance on 17th of November 2018. I did an internet search for the price and the lowest quote I received was £600 from Coach Hire by mail and another coach company by telephone.
On 5th November 2018 I got a phone call from Grand coaches by a person called Josh asking me if I have booked any coach. I told him that I have received quotes and going to book it very soon. He asked me the lowest quotes I have received when I mentioned about the £600 quotes. He told me that although it is good price but he can offer me a coach for the price of £580. As it was the lowest quote so far I agreed to go with this company. I have received a mail re. Confirmed quote.
I have received several phone calls from Josh to pay ASAP. Neither over the phone calls or mails any mention was there that it was a price match and I have to provide valid documents from a coach company about their quotes. It was never a price match.
Following day I paid £298.70 (50%+card charges) as requested to confirm the booking and received the invoice via email.
After the first mail they sent me a confirmation email and now I see in retrospect that they have very cleverly added in small prints some information about your policy on price match. It was never told that it’s going to be a price match and the information was only sent after the first payment when they knew that if I don’t agree, according to their self made policy they won’t return the advance money.
I transferred the rest of the money on the same evening. they did mail me a receipt but at the same time asking me to send proof of quote. At that time I never thought that I am falling in a trap of a fraud company. Although I have never asked for a price match but just to show that I did receive a quote of £600 I have sent them the quote from coach hire. They mailed me that they don’t accept quotes from a comparison site. It was at this point I realised that they have a different intention. During this time I have searched on the net about this company and have seen that they did several cheating with other groups in the past. I had already paid and was in the receiving end. I contacted another company who verbally quoted £600. They emailed me the quote which I have forwarded to Grand coaches but surprisingly they told me that it was a fraud quote. I realised that their plan was to steal that money and whatever I do or send they will disagree with that.
I never came across this type of cheating and fraud activity in UK in the last 20 years. I have paid from my pocket.
