If I could give less than a star I would. I booked the coach in March 2018 for wedding in August 2018. Subsequently adding an extra booking of another day,making it two different bookings from Wolverhampton to London return on both journeys. I paid deposits and confirmed my booking.later I tried to extend the time slot. They were going to charge me an extraordinary amount for any changes. As a result I reverted to not changing the times. The company then informed me 2 weeks to the booking that the price had changed increasing with over £200 on each journey even though I made no changes . They said they calculated it wrong in March to start off with. I cancelled the booking immediately. Thankfully I found another coach company that came to my rescue. Grand coaches took over a month to refund my deposit after I threatened legal action. Stay away from this company they are scammers. They quote you good prices and few days to the journey they increase the price because they feel you will have no choice elsewhere.

We went to London with Grand Coaches. It was a pleasant journey. Your driver was courteous and helpful and we enjoyed the trip out. Looking forward to my next trip to Glastonbury with you.

Good day out for the family, on time, friendly and excellent service throughout. I'm a registered disabled but had no issues at all. Nothing was too much trouble for the understanding staff who provided refreshments and had a great understanding.

Top quality company. Travelled to Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington. Driver was great and took care of us and got us to our destinations safely. The minibus was also exceptionally ally comfortable and couldn't ask for more if I'm honest.

Organising a Christmas party for the whole company is never an easy task, but grandcoaches.com really took the pressure away. 

I requested a quote online, and when the team called me, I also pestered them for multiple other quotes at the same time. This wasn't an issue for grandcoaches.com, and they were very efficient in providing these for me. Josh and Henry ensured the quotes were as cost effective, and most importantly as competitive as possible. 

Overall, a great friendly service and would be more than happy to use grandcoaches.com again.

Worst company. They ditch you at the last moment. We booked 12 Seater for 3 days, 7th June 18 to 9th June 18, from Ardrossan to Edinburgh via Inverness. We booked the minibus with driver and paid the full amount in advance. They cancelled the trip on 6th June evening at their office closing time. That too by email and not by phone. The reason given - no driver available. Because of the last minute cancellation we had to shell out extra money to reach our next destination. Also we had to skip a few important places / attractions which we had planned to visit.

We tried to contact Mr. Henry Luu, however there was no response. We had to fight to get our money back that too they released the payment after one month.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!!!!!!

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PHONE YOU THE DAY BEFORE AND MAKE UP EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY CANNOT GO AHEAD WITH THE SERVICE!!!

I was called at 5pm the night before i was going and was told all coaches had broken down, the only way they could fix the problem was if i was willing to give them another £400. I cancelled and requested a full refund - which took over a month to recieve and still not the full payment!! I have now opened up a complaint with trading standards as they have charged me admin fees for returning my money back into my bank account. They are already under investigation!!

I look at all these reviews and there is no wonder company's go under these days. I'm sure you are all aware that it is so easy for us to complain when something goes wrong but we don't give people credit when they do a good job. I have hired from Grand Coaches 5 times now for work events and they have never let me down, always arrived on time and always accommodated any changes I have had to make along the way. Yes they may have charged me a small admin fee for changes but I would expect that the same as I would from any company in there line of work. That's what services are there for! It does not matter to me if they hire me the coach directly or subcontract the job either way i get what i am after, A COACH!!! I see this comment from another coach operator and just think to myself if you don't like the way they do business no one is forcing you to do so.Anyway I stand by what I say these guys have never let me down and I will continue to use them. A very good job and fantastic service.

My name is Ellie and I just wanted to thank Steve and the team for exceeding our expectations. We couldn’t believe we would get a last minute coach for Saturday on a Friday afternoon but they had one 16 seater merc sprinter left. One of the window latches were broken but I cannot complain at all because the vehicle looked like a luxury one at a standard price! AC, leather seats and complimentary water. I felt like a celebrity haha. I didn’t get a chance to thank the driver Mo enough. Thanks for making our weekend as we were let down by Momentum Coach Hire!

Absolutely untrustworthy ! Never worked with such unprofessional people. They don’t give what they promise, not even what you pay for.
I booked two trips with them: after receiving the deposit, they literally disappeared.
I had to write and call several times to have the details of the pick-up point but I never got the number of the drivers who were given approximate information of our trips: as a consequence we left late and missed a booking and guided tour.
Never ever trust Grand coaches!

NEVER use this company

They cancelled our coach booking the evening before hire at 5.20pm BY EMAIL....Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Just as well I picked up my email. They offered no solution and are now not answering the phone or email.

VERY unprofessional. Avoid at ALL cost

DO NOT trust this company! Terrible service and was constantly lied to. I also was promised a refund within 28 days. Only when I had chased them for the money and after 30+ days did I then recive the refund.

Very pleasant day with Grand Coaches, from the booking to the coach we had a great experience.. The team were very efficient on the phone which made the day a lot less stressful then what it could of been which I am very grateful for!
I would highly recommend the company to anyone who needs a coach or mini bus.

Awful experience, cancelled the morning of the coach hire. An email at 8:30 a.m.when the coach was booked for 10:30 a.m. Called them the day before to check all was okay and was reassured it was. Tried calling that morning from 7:30 a.m.as had not received the drivers details or number and had no response. Number was constantly engaged. Still engaged 4hours after.
Do NOT rely on their service.

Terrible company! We booked a mini bus through this company and they failed to advise us that they sub let the contract to another company. We ended up with the worst mini bus that could be sent. The mini bus had seat belts taped together, mould on the roof, holes in the seats, luggage blocking the exits and it barely went over 50 mph. The mini bus was over 1 hour late which made us later for our arranged meal. We have contacted staff at Grand coaches who are useless and rude and after waiting 28 days for them to "investigate" they have come back and basically told us that as we used the mini bus there's nothing we can do. They were happy to take £700 off us . We are currently progressing a case with Trading standards and the traffic commissioner and DVSA

Please stay away from Grand Coaches company. No deals with them if you don't want to be disappointed. We have booked 2 big coaches for 100 people for the weekend trip (01-03.06.2018). All was sorted: the hotels, meal and journey. Few hours before trip they just informed us that coaches will not come - the reason they don't have drivers. They refused to pay for the loses we had, as we should hire other Coach company last minute. Just said will return our money in 28 days. We still are waiting for our money back. Please beware and don't cooperate with this company.
