An exceptional customer experience at Grange Jaguar Brentwood
A totally unparalleled experience all round dealing with Grange Jaguar Brentwood. Bought my first Jaguar from here back in April. Since then, I’ve had various things that needed sorting. This is where Grange Jaguar really showed me their true colours. Huge shout out to Bill in service, Lee the service manager and Dan the sales manager. Without question, anything I needed sorting got sorted immediately. I’ve bought from many car dealerships and I’ve never experienced such a high level of customer service. Without question, I would buy from here again and will continue to recommend them. A premium car with an exceptionally premium customer experience.

Awful - best go somewhere else
Grange were great when I bought my car but post sales service is atrocious, with each experience worse than the last..
Unlike other dealerships they don’t wash your car when they’ve had it in - and whilst some of the team are quite friendly, others are obnoxious.
This week I had the misfortune to take my car in for a recall. The update took longer than they said it would - and no one apologised for the inconvenience.
I’ve been having trouble with getting connected drive to update and despite paying for a new licence, have no map. Jaguar UK is slow and inefficient so I thought I’d ask Grange to look at this - whilst they had my car. …They didn’t. When I asked for an update I was fobbed over to a salesperson who made it quite clear that he didn’t want to deal with me - suggesting that I ask Jaguar UK for a refund, and use Apple CarPlay instead. I’m now without a updated map and am out of pocket - great!
They’re useless. …And take forever to answer the phone.
I’ll be going to another dealership when the time comes to renew.

Bought an evo rwd 6 weeks ago, had it for ten minutes before it went wrong, they’ve had it back for the last 5 weeks trying to find the fault, I finally got it back 5 days ago, still has the fault and I find out the Pandora immobiliser and the tracker have been disconnected while at the garage, so my car has been on my driveway uninsured !!!
The aftersales team are possibly the worst there is, my dream car purchase has been ruined by these incompetent people. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I asked about the condition of the Evoque I was buying and was told it was a used car and I should travel to London and look for myself, I was buying the car online, I picked the car up from Edinburgh and there
was none of the promised fuel, however this was replaced. I then noticed there was no handbook and was told hand books were not issued any more ! and to phone Edinburgh and ask for the one from my trade in car. I noticed recently the compressor for the tyre repair kit was missing and the sealant was out of date
and have reported this and await the outcome if any.
I noticed that the car appeared to have front end damage and the paint had not been matched correctly. When the car was put back together various items of trim were fitted incorrectly. A request for no. plates was ignored. Kevin the salesman, must have thought I was dim if he thought I believed the line about the handbook ! I made a big error in not inspecting the car before buying. YOU CANNOT TRUST CAR DEALERS. BUYER BEWARE I THINK I WAS TAKEN FOR A MUG WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH HONEST PEOPLE.

Terrible experience from Grange Aston Martin Welwyn. Paid for 2 year extended warranty in October 2021 and they have still not sent me the warranty document hoping if they ignore it will go away. Fraud. Avoid the dealership.
Use anyone but these guys
Apparently I was dealing with the 'Service Department'. My Evoque developed a fault in January, and eager to get my car fully operational again, I booked the car into Grange Swindon as they were able to look at it soonest out of all the dealers in my region. Unfortunately they called me the day before to advise me that they did not have the parts and re-booked me for June!
I was told that the work would take 2 days. I dropped the car first thing on the Tuesday morning, so should have been ready by the end of Wednesday. As I was away, I told them they could have it longer and I would collect it on the Friday morning.
I could tell from the App that nobody started working on it until 4.00 on Thursday, and after chasing a couple of times, was informed that the car wouldn't be ready until 5.00 on the Friday. As this was very inconvenient, I asked to speak to someone in authority. This person was very rude in their tone of voice, to the extent that I had to tell him that if he didn't change the way he was speaking, I would hand up. I will now have to take time out of my weekend to collect the car.
NEVER will I use Grange again. I can find a dealing just as rude and unhelpful much closer to home, if I ever wanted to repeat the experience.

We brought a new car from Grange Barnet…
We brought a new car from Grange Barnet in September 2022. It did not have the correct upholstery, no blacked rear windows or the seat covers we had paid extra for. We left the showroom with assurances that the blackened windows and seat covers would be dealt with the following week. It took me two weeks to get any response from Grange, and that was only after Land Rover Customer Service had contacted them. Five weeks later, the promised action to fit the seat covers and blacken the windows has still not been carried out! Now having to go to the main complaints department for Grange Motors. I don't have much hope that they will deal with this. They have taken my money for the seat covers and not supplied them, the car is not to the specification I ordered, how they are dealing with this is to not respond to my phone calls or reply to emails. Avoid this company, there are other land rover dealerships.
