Couldn’t quite find the right spec for my next used Aston, but with great patience & comprise we have now got an excellent choice. Brill sales care & I know we are going to get excellent after sales care.

After sales support is just non existent.
Rude. Arrogant bordering argumentative and ungrateful even after spending £350,000 on two vehicles and another on order costing £140k. Any other option apart from Grange I will make sure I use next time.
They also protect any access of the “important” directors from approach.
If any person of “importance “ reads or cares about his review contact me through Bentley Chelmsford.
My advice use any other company other than Grange, or face the regrets.
Ps. Just had a confirmation of a courtesy vehicle availability to correct a manufacturing fault in the new Defender I bought for 90k cash. 21st November. Been waiting since March..!!

Great to do business with
Very easy to do business with - very friendly and efficient. Used McLaren was exactly to my ideal spec. They turned around all the paperwork on time and I collected it as promised. The team is under resourced, which was clear, but they are clearly trying to resolve that. Other than having to call a couple of times, I had zero issues.
I would recommend and would buy from them again. Now let's see what their servicing and after sales care is like. I'm looking forward to experiencing what being part of the McLaren family is like...

Appalling....Avoid!
I made the mistake of buying a car from these muppets in January. Nothing but problems with the car since I bought it 9 months ago. They don’t return calls. Don’t take ownership of the problem or try to help. Paid over £800 for a full service and they didn’t even bloody clean it. Now I’ve received a speeding fine for the car I p/ex’d with them in January.. no words to describe how truly incompetent they are.
Greedy and rip off price's
Always had my Aston Martin serviced here, I have always supplied the engine oil as it just more cost effective, bearing in mind the service is the best part of a £1,000. This time I am told the "management" have said they would not allow it and it should never have been allowed in the past. going elsewhere, I know it's an Aston Martin but I don't like being ripped off!

Appalling service is an understatement.
My Jaguar went in for a dpf repair in November, didn't get it back til January.
They quickly changed the dpf, told me it was done. I ubered it there, and got told not ready. They then spent the next two months from that point apparently trying to find out what was wrong. Finally they changed the sensor apparently.
Never had a car all over Christmas.
Awful service. Not the first time. I lost so much money whilst they hung on to the car. So disgusted with the service, i have sold the car. I never want to deal with them again.
When i got the car back, not even an apology, car was also dirty. They could have given it a clean.
Consistently poor. Never answer the phone.
I had to get the Jaguar HQ involved who themselves said to me that they could never get through. HQ also told me in all this time, no one from the garage had reach out to them for help. Makes you wonder what they did with the car over Christmas.
The car must be pretty badly designed if it takes them two months to diagnose a problem.
Never going to buy a Jaguar again.
