We had an excellent experience working with our Grange insurance agent, Kevin Lawton, throughout our roof replacement process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated his professionalism, guidance, and support from start to finish.

Even though our claim was eventually denied, I must comment on my desk adjuster's (Inayah) attitude, demeanor, and professionalism. From the start of the process, she was friendly and showed true concern for my family and myself, the kind that can not be faked. She walked me through the process without seeming rushed or hurried. She spoke with me about life in general while we waited for the computer to catch up. If I were on the board of a multi-billion dollar company, Inayah would be the person held up as an example of outstanding customer service. She would definitely be promoted and put into a position to provide training for both existing and new adjusters, and all customer service reps overall. She is an incredible asset for the company. Even though our claim was denied, she checked in on us after the result and we are ok with the result. Regardless of the outcome, credit should go where and when it is due. She is it. I saved the emails in particular because if I need to speak with the company about a claim, I want to speak with her.

Grange and Deron were responsive, direct and informative on my roof evaluation. Would recommend to anyone for their home or other insurance needs!

In general, you do not want to need to have contact with an insurance provider but I will say that Grange is always attentive, fast to respond and gives quality communication when needed. The adjuster that was sent for our claim was professional, diligent and also communicated each step with us along the way. I have no complaints.

I had a great claim experience with claim representative Nick Rogers and Field Adjuster Brandon Kelly from Grange Insurance. From filing the claim to scheduling the inspection and receiving payment, the entire process took less than a week—smooth and hassle-free. Their field adjuster Brandon Kelly worked directly with my roof contractor, so all I needed to do was speak with Nick and schedule the inspection.

I’ve heard that some of my neighbors with other insurance companies had similar claims denied, which makes me even more appreciative of how this was handled. I would definitely recommend Grange Insurance.
