I have never been through a loss like I had, and the Company was prompt and reimbursed for the loss quickly. He explained everything needed and answered all questions I had :)

I have been working with Dave, my adjustor, after winddamage to my roof. He made this super fast and easy. He called me right away, had a the roof being inspected the next day, and a check was on it's way for repairs on the 3rd day. Dave was happy to answer any questions I had. I am truly impressed with my Grange experience so far.

I give Dave and Grange Insurance a 10 out of 5! I got a response quickly after submitting my claim and upon reviewing our damage and sending it to the adjuster (Dave) we had our claim settled the next day. They moved swiftly to get us whole again!

Our adjuster Mark was very helpful in guiding us throughout the claims process. He was compassionate about our situation and understood our needs.

Kevin was awesome to work with. Our barn roof ripped off in the high winds we experienced, and he was able to be at our place within 48 hours from out of state due to magnitude of the weather event. He inspected our roof and worked directly with our roofing team for repairs. Any question I had he always responded immediately. His communication was always very timely and appreciated how important he made us feel.

Dave W has been fantastic to work with. In the midst of an unfortunate claim, working with Dave W has been very informative and respectful.

Probably the easiest claim and resolution I've ever had! The protocol and personal encounters were extremely customer friendly and uncomplicated.

Always there when I need them. They're also prompt when called upon and fair.

David was very helpful and gave us the information we needed.

Matthew was very easy to work with. His communication was excellent! From the time I started the claim until the end, was only 8 days!! And an inspection was done in that time as well. Highly recommend Grange Insurance! They are wonderful!

I’m a 66 year old woman residing alone in my home. On Sunday March 15 th a huge limb fell on my roof. I was so stressed and upset and unsure of what to do. I made a phone call to Grange and in no time at all Michael Farmer from Grange returned my call. He reassured me that everything was going to be fine and guided me through the process with confidence and ease. He has continued to stay in contact with me making sure I am informed about everything as it is happening. I am so thankful for Michael. With his guidance I made it through this devastating event feeling like someone truly cared and that it was all going to be fine. Thank you Michael and thank you Grange Insurance from the bottom of my heart !

Jalen was great. He was on time and thorough, giving me all the information I needed.

Deron Johnson was excellent. He took the time to explain every detail, and answer every question, of the claims process to make sure I understood all of it.

Awesome guys

I was very impressed by the way Grange handled my claims. It involved home and auto. The adjusters for all three areas contacted me right away to get everything moving and taken care of. I tend to take my sweet time on things so having people that are on the ball really helped move things forward for me. I really appreciated my house adjuster Ryan working around my schedule so that I could be here during his inspection.
