Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. On the day of the move the guys were very helpful and kept cheerful even though they were facing a late, long drive home. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending Grants. All in all they made a very stressful day a lot easier.

When the men arrived, they were very helpful at all times, they were quick and tidy at all times, never broke or damaged any of my items when loading and unloading. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Scott and Carol in the office were amazing at coming around to give us a quote and sorted out for our whole house to stay on one of the trucks for two nights as our rental was not ready to move into at last minute. The girls who packed up the house did it so quickly vert impressed! And all the removal men were fantastic, polite and worked so hard. They are all a fantastic team and I would absolutely recommend to anybody. Thank you all!

Recommend this firm. Ensured a successive house move to Scotland. Excellent communication and removal guys did a brilliant job clearing the house in Purley and unloading the lorry in Scotland. Items securely held in storage for nearly a year with no issues.

Its 2 weeks now since Grant's relocated us from London SW19 to Brighton.
Our first move for 39 years. I have to say we were dreading it. But the team from Grant's made it all very straightforward. The half pack the day before was like a visit from a whirling dervish, Kirsty never stopped and everything made the journey kn one piece. Thd 3 lads who did the actual move grafted to the point that by 3pm we were unloaded at our new address and ready to settle. We are now largely unpacked, no breakage and all happy.

What a wonderful team with Martin at the helm. They were totally professional but also understanding on such a stressful day.

Difficult to see how it could have been better. From the initial planning and consultation through to the execution, everything was trouble free and ran smoothly. Grants were very flexible and met all my demands and last minute changes. On the days of the move the team were polite, efficient and did everything to ensure a stress-free move.

We had an excellent experience with Grants. I would highly recommend them. I had a video call with Del to assess the job, during which he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The three removal people were friendly, polite and efficient. All communications whilst our stuff was in storage were straightforward and the re-delivery went perfectly. Very good value for money.
