Fantastic service!
The process from start to finish was seamless. On moving day, the team packed up everything and made sure if was completely stress-free for me! They handled everything with care, no breakages or damage, and were neat and tidy. And to top it all off, the team were all friendly and made us feel really relaxed about the whole process. I can't thank them enough!

I was recommended Grants Removals from another removal company that had no availability. This was for my elderly parents who were moving from Surrey to Hampshire. The office and the removal men couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. Moving is normally a stressful time for everyone but they helped keep it as smooth and stress free as possible. I would, definitely, recommend this company for removals.

This removal company were helpful on the phone each time I phoned to check dates and were there to book me on the friday, just one working day to gather staff to pack me on the monday and the following day move me .
The team did this with humour which helped the stressful day and thought to the end. After a long day, still thinking about what they were doing and where they were putting furniture and boxes .

Couldn't fault them. Helpful throughout the whole process and took all the stress out of the moving day itself. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys who actually came and did the removal. Many thanks!

Grants promised they would take the stress out of our move, in fact they did the reverse. They started off quite well but then it deteriorated. Things were not packed properly, furniture was not protected, we had lots of damage, clothes were just thrown in, not packed at all well. It was disgusting considering what we paid them. Would suggest you avoid these people at all costs.

Had the pleasure or not of listening to a group of these removal men whilst they moved furniture out of my neighbours house. Every hour or so they sat around and smoked talking about women in a very offensive and derogatory way (FYI it was the fat, bald one with a tattoo sleeve on his left arm that was making most of the remarks). They also left their Pepsi cans in our driveway and on the street, I definitely wouldn't recommend their services.

Friendly, courteous and hard working; these guys were great on our moving day; I would thoroughly recommend their service to anyone.
