already filled this out, great product fantastic help when experiencing issues, terrible sales service, as such I no longer recommend , I was conned into buying what I thought was told was a discounted upgrade to next version, turns out it was not, cost charged to my card was more than normal update price, when I reported it , no one gave a ****, no refund or credit applied to future versions, not good enough and reflects poorly on grapecity, we are all only as good as out weakest link, unfair on the other great staff doing the programming and providing fantastic online help!

I love working with your products, and your support is also great. Just a pity that a simple feature that could make your product great, is not important enough to be developed (A simple text object with rotation for C1Map, and zooming by giving two coordinates- all other competitive products have these features). I've been waiting for more than a year!!
When our customers ask us for a new feature, it's always more important than our own wishes and we try to implement it immediately. At the end our customers determines our success - we are only as good as our customers makes us.
These two features are critical to the future of my product, and I will have to look at using an alternative solution, should GrapeCity not be able to support my needs soon.

With a bit of training, it's really simple to use and I love how flexible it is in regards to being able to use C# or VB to customize the report without adding complexity.

This is a good, comprehensive solution for Excel-style workbooks and worksheets. The libraries are very reliable. I do wish the documentation was stronger; there are a few things I might like to use, but the documentation barely exists.

I have been using a various form of Spread back to the COM days. Spread is the most reliable spreadsheet that retrieves and stores data, whether interacting with a database or simply an Excel file. Try it out, and you will not go back to any other control.

We don't do much business with GrapeCity. The purchase process went smoothly and the product is solid. The web site is a little unclear about how the individual products fit in with the overall scheme, so it took a little bit to figure out what we needed.

+ Several C1winform controls are user friendly and you can get a nice application easly with them
- It was an error to use C1 in our windows app but now removing it's too expensive. The appllication is slower than the same with default .net controls and the worst think is when you need help or examples, the documentation is poor, with native .net controls you can find anything you want on MS, stackoverflow or other forums.

Documents for Excel .Net is a great product. It does everything I need without having to purchase an Excel license for every machine to which I deploy. Their sales team was very responsive to my pre-sale questions. Their free 30-day trial was most helpful in allowing me to run the product through various tests to make sure it would fit my development needs. I have now purchased the product and am using it successfully in production.

I have been using some of your components for some years and they provide seamless integration into Visual Studio. They are fast to render and easy to use with good sample codes.
