Saved me a lot of time and work
I used the trial version to determine that the software did what I needed, and then I ordered it. I had a little bump in the road when moving to the real license, but the support person was very helpful and quickly solved the problem with me.

I have been using componentOne Chart for about 20 years since it was olectra chart. Being a recurrent customer has a single and unique reason: Chart is wonderfull! I have also use the TrueDB Grid. It is also wonderful.

Staff are very helpful
Staff are very helpful. Software is very full featured.
Website is often not functional, mainly due to the complexity of Grape City's licensing schemes. I've been a customer for over 10 years and have NEVER been able to simply renew my license via Grape City's Website.

Documents for PDF rulez
Very specific to Documents for PDF.
I have tried (very) many C# PDF solutions and they have always come up wanting in some way.
With the GrapeCity solution, everything I wanted to do with and to my PDFs was possible (once I worked out the syntax).
Support was ultra-helpful in this process.
You can see that the developers have a deep understanding of the format and have tried hard/care that it works just so. That's the kind of people I like to hire.
And it works in .NET Core 3.1, so what's not to love?
