Great Solution
We took quite a while to find a solution that satisfies our need. After finding GrapeCity i was hesitant that we will finalize our solution as a full stack, but after interaction with the project manager from Grape City things seemed on track. On top of that, i give 5 stars for their support/maintenance. Using a product as such needs heavy support and they never made us feel that we are alone.

Switching table widgets
It was a big change for our team, as we had been using another commercial table widget for a while. However, the table functionality is key to our users and we decided to jump ship to GrapeCity.
GrapeCity SpeadJS was the best thing out there that we could find. Their team was very helpful with the transition. We've hit some bumps with the international payment but they were understanding and prompt to respond.
Highly recommend and we're looking forward to sticking with SpreadJS

Generally I get quick responses, although technical ones take much longer. Your web site has lots of good demos and examples. But I have a had time finding an API for a particular feature when it isn't featured in one of the demos.
