What brilliant customer service…I ordered a fire grate at 3pm on Thursday and it arrived the next day at 12:30….and I didn’t use 24 hour delivery! The grate itself is well made and a great fit. Can’t recommend this company too highly.

The process of buying is easy and speedy. Communication is brilliant. The quality of the bunker is excellent. It only took 10 minutes to assemble. Highly recommended

When I placed my order I got the measurements wrong, and when the fire grate arrived, it didn't quite fit, so I returned it and my money was refunded immediately.
I ordered another grate, which was a perfect fit. I would certainly recomnend this company to anyone considering a new fireplace or accessories.

I was looking for a hearth fender for my fire place, I originally intended to buy one from Amazon but after doing a quick Google search I landed on Grate Fireplace Accessories I am so happy I did, the hearth fender is good quality and looks amazing it adds a touch of class to the old brick fireplace and compliments the log burner perfectly, I would not hesitate in buying from them again.

I can't fault this company I put three orders in at three different times and had no problems with any of there stuff it was well made and good quality I will definitely use them again Ray Smith.

Ordered 2 galvanised coal bunkers encouraged by 4 good reviews on 22.10.22 they took payment 23.10.22. Then we heard nothing - rang 14.10.22 -supply issues should be with them 17.10.22 . No sign and no contact from them rang again 25.10.22 should be this week.No apology for delay . Finally arrived 26.10.22!
Unpacked and assembled - OMG unbelievably flimsy , no way strong enough to hold 5 bags of coal , some parts were even glued . We have spent many hours beefing them up , yes we should have sent them back but we had already wasted £239.15 .!
Non existent customer service ! They just don’t seem bothered. I will certainly not be using them again .

was sceptical but product and customer service outstanding small order for grate ash pan and hardwood the lighter fuel is outstanding only 2 for a full fire, jo and her other member are outstanding at keeping you at ease and dpd tracked lets you know when your parcel will arrive in a 2 hr frame.

We tried buying a rectangular fire grate locally to replace the one we had worn out.We were told that it would take about a week to arrive and we would be phoned when it did. We paid in advance. Two weeks later after no phone call, it turned out that they had forgotten to process the order. Having tried supporting the local shop first I then went online, the site is not difficult to navigate and communications were prompt with a time given for delivery. In less than a week it arrived exactly on time and is a perfect fit.

We’ve used them twice recently to replace some damaged imperial sized tiles. Deliveries have been quick and staff very helpful

Asked for suggestions on a companion set more than satisfied with response. Came back in a reasonable time. Mostly wanted to see how much of my money u would like to spend. Will be back with an order in due course

Ordered two fire place surrounds from one supplier, that had insufficient stock and informed myself that the products were no longer being produced. I then spoke with Grate Fireplace Accessories, they sourced two of the exact same fire surrounds, were cheaper and could confirm delivery in three weeks. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jo and the rest of the staff at Grate Fireplace Accessories, the service you provided was fantastic and the two Fireplace surrounds look amazing.

Product was chucked under my gate, poorly packaged and without any sort of delivery note. Once opened it had brown paper stuck all over it which `I could not get off without removing the blacking. It is ruined from the start. The product was also substantially smaller than described. When I complained they reduced the sizes on the website. Totally dishonest - avoid

We ordered a brushed steel fire surround and it was quite a large one. I received an email suggesting that i go a bit wider to make it stronger. I also asked for fitting advice which was given very quickly too.

Love my new brass fender and brass plated fire guard. Arrived very well wrapped and protected, promptly and with a very reasonable delivery fee. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.
