Ordered watch on 18/06/2026, watch was confirmed as delivered on 02/07/2026, however the watch was not delivered!!

Placed an order for a black Casio MDV-106-1A Duro. The incorrect colour (blue) was sent with a broken bezel. Contacted Great Watches but recieved no response. Forced to open a case with PayPal. Refund will only be provided if the item is returned at my cost which is a significant portion of the cost of the watch. 100% avoid so many better sellers available for the watches sold. Domain is also listed as .co.uk but watches are shipped from the United States and take weeks to be delivered.

Sent the wrong watch. The watch came from the US not UK so had to pay customs tarrifs. No reply to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a specific watch from this website to replace one of the same model that I’d had for years and was looking a bit tired, I couldn’t find that exact model anywhere else so with some hesitation I ordered from this website. The watch I received is completely different from the one I ordered. While that could have been an honest mistake, I’ve yet to receive a reply to my email asking for it to be replaced or refunded.

Outstanding 5* service, ordered 16.03 arrived in the UK 21.03, watch as expected. Many thanks, much appreciated.

I ordered a Casio watch from here, a Casio watch was delivered but unfortunately not the correct model. Mistakes happen, that is not a problem, however I have sent several emails over several days to this company letting them know the mistake and asking how they might correct it but I have had no reply.

watch came from us to UK in 10 days, no fuss, no drama, goods as described, I would buy from them again.

Have ordered several watches from this website. As other reviewers say they are not a UK company and are based in Las Vegas. The shipping is a little slow but once the item is dispatched you get a USPS tracking link and can see the item travel across the USA and right to your door. All items have been genuine, as described and at great prices. Would definitely use again.

Totally different product delivered from what was ordered, not even the right colour!
No response from company.
Raised dispute with PayPal & to get a refund I have to pay to send it back to L.A

Scammy website. Only place claiming it had an old Casio model in stock, and price was fair so I took a chance. Took over a week to ship and then received the correct model, an a159, but it wasn’t the correct color. You’ll get something, eventually, but I doubt it will be what you wanted. Just pass on this place. I did eventually get a refund through a PayPal dispute, but I covered shipping back and they were pretty slow to respond.

Ordered 2 watches only received 1 which seems pretty common with them & with no response to emails it's clear this is a scam! Took 3 weeks as they're US based unlike the .co.uk in the website suggests.

I ordered a Casio watch in a rare colourway. However, what they sent me was the standard colourway. The prices are too good to be true; do not order from these scammers.

I bought a watch, and I tried to cancel my order before they packed and shipped it. However, after sending multiple emails for a week, I never got a single reply. The order status is still 'Preparing Shipment'. This company is a scam. Please do not purchase from here; I never received my money back.

Firstly these guys are being very misleading using a .co.uk domain name despite being based in the US. This means, unless you look at the fine print on their website you won't be expecting the ridiculous wait times or the import duty you will have to pay.
Secondly, i ordered two watches and received only one.
No answer on e-mail.

I bought 2 watches from them! To be honest the shipping time was a little concerning and it took a very long amount of time for the watches to arrive to me, more than a month. I live in Romania. If i remember correctly they were stuck in Belgium, or at least that is what I saw on the tracking site. I contacted them by email and it was a reassuring experience. They didn't said much but it was a very quick response and a bit reassuring. Maybe I will buy from them again if then is a bad experience I will return with another review. But I will recommend them. The shipping time was very very long but they eventually arrive.
The date of order was 17th of November 2023 and they arrived at the beginning of January.

Ignored several emails. Watch was shipped according to tracking but been stuck in Las Vegas 2 weeks and not moved, clearly lost. Please get in touch to sort this out!

They are located in US -but Ive got full tracking and It took only 2 weeks to get it.BUT of course they should mention on the website because kinda misleading the .co.uk that actually they are in Las Vegas or something. The watch is awesome,thanks :)
