I agree with other reviews about the non UK delivery , who reads all the small print, it didn't take too long and I wasn't urgent anyway.
Would have liked a box but otherwise the watch is good and I'm pleased with it.

Wish I had read the reviews first! They are USA based (package came from Las Vegas) not UK, they sent me the wrong watch and like the other reviews state; are completely unresponsive to emails and just don’t care about their customers. Avoid, buy from elsewhere!

Nothing came, not UK based, says item is at customs but when you enter teaching number into ups website it doesn't exist. Don't waste your time or money. Hope someone puts a stop to this kind of thing

I should have read the reviews first. As someone said. They are NOT UK based and posting from the states. Four weeks later and still no watch. Trying to get pay pal to refund me. The seller is totally not really bothered and just wants me to close the case. Which I will with the refund. Please don't buy from them

Two years ago I ordered a Casio 200m underwater watch and it arrived some weeks later in a padded envelope and was a great watch, very good value. Last year (2023) I ordered a much cheaper Casio simple analogue wristwatch in stainless... and received a golden model, similar, and not running. Despite messages to the Greatwatches, who are actually in Las Vegas, I think, I got no response at all. So, a local shop put a battery in the second watch (£6) and it runs very well. But whoever runs this US enterprise seems part-time and doesn't much worry about bad reviews. So saying, the watches I received are new and good value.

I ordered 2x mdv106 but didnt read the reviews first, I got worried reading the reviews but seen the positives were with the mdv106 so I just waited, on week 3 I got a update and it was in my hand 2 days later, Im in the UK.
My experience was exactly how they describe there service, 3 weeks delivery ect.
Im very happy and will order again for sure. Be patient as USA takes longer then China every time. Was a pleasure, very happy.

Bad experience ordering from this seller. It took 3 weeks to come from the States and the watch I received was not the watch I ordered. Got sent the wrong model of that specific casio watch. Made the seller aware of this, zero response, zero customer service.

Am now sitting with a watch I really don't want and could have easily picked up in the UK for a cheaper price.

Finally, seller should change his website domain address, as it is misleading. As I was under the impression they were located in the UK, hence, why I made the purchase.

Very similar experience to others. Website is misleading and isn't clear that the watches are shipped without a box and from the states, the .co.uk domain is also misleading.

2 weeks after ordering the watch still hadn't been shipped, no email to apologise or explain why there was a delay. I emailed and asked for a refund as I had no confidence that watch would actually be sent. No reply, to the initial request, so I raised a dispute with Paypal. In fairness, the refund was very prompt after that.

Very disappointing all things considered. The website mentions delivery in 5 to 17 days, but I suspect that's extremely unlikely to be the case.

I've given them 2 stars because of the speed of the refund, once Paypal were notified.

As many others said, they have no exchange in case you ordered something else by mistake, they only refund and you have to place another order. Of course, if you used any voucher - is lost now. To make things worse, the dispatch - delivery takes way too much for a company as Casio; they use ParcelForce that's... sub par and all process is slow.

I don't expect the company read these reviews so I can be brutally honest. They seem to just deliver a poor service and take your money.
I did at least get a watch, but it was the wrong one and as is the case with many other reviewers there has been no reply to my request to sort out the exchange. Such a shame.
I'm guessing that the owner/employees are either completely incompetent and cannot read the orders correctly, they don't have the ability/skills to engage with customers who email them with genuine issues. Or, as I suspect is more accurate, they just don't give a crap about their customers.
Don't risk it, pay a little bit more from a more reputable site.

I orderd a watch long time ago. And they wanted to send me that wach with dead battery. I refused. Can' t get my money back. They still sending me messages if I am sure I don" t want the watch with dead battery. This is a joke. This company don' t treat its customers seriously. I can' t get my money back!

Firstly these guys are being very misleading using a .co.uk domain name despite being based in the US. This means, unless you look at the fine print on their website you won't be expecting the ridiculous wait times or the import duty you will have to pay.

Secondly, after two months my watch still hasn't arrived! And they are completely irresponsive over email. Luckily it was only £30 and not any more but please avoid and if need be pay a bit extra to ensure you will actually receive the goods paid for.

Do not buy , I bought 4 watches two months ago , one one landed . No answer to emails . Total scammers

Good communication and item delivered to Spain within two weeks!

Just be patient regarding the time for your order to arrive. Ordered mine 09/12/22 and it arrived 05/01/23. Pretty good considering it was over Christmas and all the Royal Mail strikes. Don’t pay too much attention to the tracking via the Shop app, mine was listed as arriving in Heathrow and then leaving back to the US and beyond again.

I've made one purchase (June/July 2022) from Great Watches. Be sure to understand these guys are based in the US, not the UK. Also, note the watch comes without a box or manual. Now all of this is written on their website, it's up to you to know what you are getting into - this is no Amazon. My watch took several weeks to arrive and started to worry, but arrive it did and it is great.

I don’t normally leave Trustpilot reviews but after reading some of the negatives ones I wanted to write about my experience - and this is not to dispute anything that anyone has written previously.

Reviews on here for greatwatches.co.uk were very mixed, which did leave me wary about making a purchase. I was also wary of the co.uk address for a US based company. To be fair, they made it extremely clear on their website that watches were shipped from the US.

I ordered my watch on 4th June and it arrived on the 16th June. I’m more than happy with that lead time. I got a confirmation at the time of ordering along with a link to their website which detailed my order and provided a tracking number. This allowed me to track the whole process from start to finish, had I wanted to - once I could see it had arrived in London I stopped tracking it.

The watch itself was just packaged in a Jiffy bag, which again was made clear on their website. When I opened it I was pleasantly surprised…..I had been expected something else from the US and I thought it was that….I did not expect the watch to arrive so quickly.

On a very thorough inspection, with a magnifying glass, and comparing it to the same model (but different colour) I had purchased previously in the UK, I found it to be perfect.

All in all I can say I am more than happy with my purchase and would willingly buy from these guys again.

After reading some previous reviews on trust pilot i was a little apprehensive. Figured it was worth a shot as it was only £50. I need not have worried. Yes delivery took about 3wks, but i was expecting this as i as already aware it was coming from Las Vegas. To be fair, the tracking number kept me up to date on my orders location at every step. Therefore, i never had any concerns.

Item arrived in a padded envelope and well wrapped. This probably helps the watches get through customs with no extra charges or admin fees.

I received my Casio Duro Pepsi for approx £50 all in. I was happy enough with the watch and service that i immediately ordered the Duro Batman. Which again arrived 3 weeks later with no issues. I will be ordering the Duro Hulk asap.

I can confirm they arrive with the marlin on the dial. There was a rumour the licence for the marlin had expired but that appears to be sorted, would not be the same without it.

So basically, if you are ok with the wait and going by my experience.. buy with confidence.

I ordered a Casio Duro pepsi bezel on the 22nd February, had an email follow up from Jason to confirm order and that it was being despatched, he also asked if I needed a manual emailing, the watch arrived well packaged today 04th March. Considering the watch is coming from the US that is a good delivery time. Very happy with the whole process and the pricing is much better than currently listed on Amazon or eBay. I would recommend this seller from my own experience.
