Terrible shop, with an unfair and unworkable returns policy, which is notified only on the receipt, i.e. when it's too late to get out of the agreement. This shop will be out of business in six months' time, and they deserve to be. It's as if they only want to sell online, as in store customers get substantially worse treatment.

Received no update from seller regarding delivery schedule for nearly a month. So I emailed the seller for an update and received no response.

Then followed up on my initial email for an update stating I will raise this with the payment service provider if I receive no response. - The seller responded to to that email with ‘I agree’, a blunt response.

Absolutely poor customer service.

If they didn’t have it in stock or have the capacity to deliver the product, they should have just notified me and issued a refund. - I shouldn’t have had to reach out for a refund nearly a month later.

Put simply, they don’t value their customers.

Ignored emails, despite claims on the website about immediate responses. Now over a month since ordered and not arrived, when queried the response was “I wish you had it already” with nothing more added by a shady Jason Meehan character who I assume is some customer service rep. Shocking experience, requests for a refund have been ignored along with responses to my emails. Avoid at all costs, buy your watches elsewhere ladies & gents.

My watch never came and despite many emails exchanged, they agreeing for a refund..I never got a refund. Dishonest

There’s a week or three to UK but I’ve bought five watches over the last 3 years and haven’t been disappointed.

Casio Duro blue-faced dive watch - Ordered 29.4.21 - Arrived Aberdeenshire, UK, 12-5-21 (in padded envelope as per order but in perfect condition) - Tracking provided for complete delivery route by USPS (USA equivilent of Royal Mail) - Route taken: Las Vegas - Los Angeles - New York - London Heathrow, then via Royal Mail to Ellon. Brilliant watch and at £49.95 (including delivery) far cheaper than Amazon or anywhere else. Chuffed to bits.

TL;DR: They ship from the States and this should be made more clear, it took 6 weeks to arrive because of customs tomfoolery, but the watch I ordered arrived in good nick and full working order.

I ordered a Casio DBC-611-1D on 7th March - using the 'Shop' app suggested by the site, I was able to track it through USPS until it arrived in the UK on 25th March, where their tracking ended and I was left hanging 'til it showed up through the letterbox earlier today.

My rating would be five stars if they made it more obvious that the products all ship from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (this information is hidden in rather small text in the middle of the 'shipping' page on their site). When I see '.co.uk', my assumption is that it's a UK company or that it ships FROM the UK, so what I thought would take maybe five days maximum ended up taking forty-three, which was an unwelcome surprise. My mistake? Possibly, but completely avoidable if the site made it clear where they ship from to start with, or at any point during the purchasing process.

That being said, I did not cancel my order in spite of this gripe because the watch was priced reasonably and they clearly stated info about customs etc. in different places in case it's relevant to wherever you are in the world (which I found upon searching through the site after opening the tracking app and thinking 'It's WHERE!?'). The site also has overall good reviews on here - most gripes seem to centre around customs and them waiting too long to challenge the purchase, which is hardly the seller's fault.

The watch arrived in a padded envelope in perfect condition and full working order. The envelope was taped shut, but also sealed, so I'm not certain whether that was done by the seller or by a customs womble.

The aforementioned lack of transparency with the shipping location asides, a good purchasing experience. Would recommend, so long as you're comfortable with waiting for your order to ship from the States.

I came across Great Watches for the first time when I was looking for a Casio Duro divers watch. Other reviews of the site where positive so I ordered from them. My watch just took 10 days from ordering, I used the USPS tracking app and followed the package all the way from Las Vegas over to me in the UK. The watch arrived safely with no problems. I received email updates to keep me informed and I found it a flawless service from start to finish. I will be using Great Watches again in the future.

Wasn't sure how long delivery would take seeing as it was coming from the US, but arrived in just 10 days!
Excellent communication from seller and watch is boxed with original documentation and in excellent condition. Highly recommend this seller.

For me it took longer than usual to receive a watch, but it came totally fine and for the price I say it's worth to wait.
Owner was very responsive and polite to me.
Definitely would buy again and recommend others if time is not the case.

Received my Casio Duro within 12 working days despite the Royal mail staff shortages here in the UK did not seem to be affected here. Will be buying again in the Future
Excellent communication tracking number provided.

I've had two watches from the now, a Duro and a square G-shock.

Both arrived without box or paper, I knew they would as they did offer me shipping with box but for extra money. I understand why sending a bulky box would add to shipping costs but I think they could/should probably be able to send the paperwork without adding to shipping.

Both watches have been fine and completely as expected, no issues.

In terms of price they were both very, very good value, especially the Duro which was a full £25 cheaper than any of the other sellers I could find in the UK.

The watches are actually shipped from Nevada in the US so expect a longer than normal shipping time, especially if you're reading this and COVID is still a thing.
I didn't have to pay any import VAT or other charges, I'm not sure if this was just good luck or whether they sort that out their end before sending.
Tracking is only supplied if you send an email asking for it, but once asked for the info was sent within 24hrs.

All in all if you can do without the box I'd highly recommend based on price and the very good selection of watches available.

Took quite a long time to get this watch delivered, but Covid was the main fault of that. Three weeks of the delay was sat here in the UK, so cant blame seller for that.
Watch never had any box or manual, but i knew it wouldn't when ordering, as this keeps price low. Tracking is supplied up to when it reaches UK. The watch was in perfect brand new condition and i'm very happy with it.

Watch took a couple of weeks to arrive, when it did the only disappointment was no box.

The email address of the supplier didn't work, however there was another email provided with the sale confirmation which did. I asked how long delivery would be, they quoted 10-20 days.

I am very happy with the watch (blue Duro), it looks fantastic, great value for the the money I paid.

With no box or paperwork I'm not sure how I'd go about reselling or utilising the gaurentee.

I wanted to buy a blue Casio Duro. These were only available in the US. I watched a review of the watch on YouTube and the reviewer mentioned Great Watches. Having read some favourable Trust Pilot reviews also, I felt confident in order. I ordered on June 11 and it arrived in 3 weeks or so. No import taxes, great price and good, prompt communication from the seller. My watch arrived in perfect condition and I'm very pleased with my purchase. It can take a while but, in my case, it was certainly worth it.

To those who gave one star because of non-delivery, please be patient. I ordered two watches - they shipped via USPS in no time but once in the UK took over 5 weeks to get to me. Good communication from seller telling me it was due to COVID and I'm glad i believed him although he was prepared to give a refund at this point. Genuine Casio watches at great price and no customs charges. AWESOME SELLER

Fast delivery! In 2 weeks to the Netherlands. The Casio MDV106 looks great.

Very bad experience. Ordered two Casio watches and then requested cancellation, but the seller refused and came up with all sorts of pathetic excuses. Now I'm facing having to accept items I don't want. I'm also worried about customs issues as I don't believe the seller is honest. AVOID!!

No watch delivered, no refund, no customer service. I ordered my watch on February 22nd which was dispatched from Heathrow on March 1st. Well before the Covid-19 lockdown. The USPS still says it has not been delivered. I tried to log a trace with the USPS but it is not possible from a UK postcode. Only the seller can do this. The seller made no effort to help, just sarcastic excuses saying there's a pandemic. The seller then promised a refund by end of April if not received. And guess what, no refund, just more excuses hanging out for a delivery in my lifetime sometime. Just a joke. Has no idea about who the customer is. Just takes the money. Terrible service, terrible attitude and I hope the business goes to the wall. It deserves to.
