We were told about the company and the log splitter by a friend and thought we would try it out . Fantastic web site, easy to find things , love the idea of a newsletter too. We ordered the log splitter and were amazed how quick we got it. The splitter is as easy to use as described , we have already told 3 other friends about the company .

The order was processed and sorted very satisfactorily with very helpful advice; much better to be talking to someone who was informed.

We were extremely pleased with our buying experience, mainly because we visited the showroom & received personal, reassuring sales advice & service. At a busy time of year (Xmas) our freezer was delivered earlier than expected. We now hope the product serves us well!

I ordered a log splitter and had difficulties processing the payment on line. I phoned the company and made the order over the phone. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and was able to give me lots of useful information about the product I was buying. I ordered on a Friday and the order was delivered the following Monday. Free postage and cheaper than any other sellers I saw on line of the same product. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

Pleasant helpful phone staff ordered on Wednesday delivered on Tuesday given a 2. hour time slot driver rang half hour before he arrived to confirm delivery. Driver unpacked gave me time to fully inspect the appliance and removed packing from site .
All in all good service competitive price

i have had one of these torches for years and its great you dont have to worry about batteries, just a quick wind and you
have light. When I noticed with the new torch you can either wind it or charge it on your computer vis USB port, that is what sold it for me.
3 hours charging with give you over 5 hours of light. and No batteries , I think they are amazing torches.

I ordered a Leibherr free-standing medium height fridge from Green and Easy. My requirements in terms of dimensions were very specific because of kitchen space constraints
The very helpful lady at G&E physically measured one specific dimension which I was told Liebherr were unwilling to disclose. This confirmed an identical experience at a previous on-line retailer concerning the same product. I could not afford to take the risk on this one dimension so I cancelled with G&E who were very understanding and efficiently helpful. I would certainly go back to them for any future online purchase but, as for Leibherr,.....I cant believe it.

This log splitter is brilliant! A friend bought one last year & recommended it to us. It splits large logs with ease (including one that defeated my axe and old log splitter and club hammer) and makes cutting kindling a breeze! Simple to set up and easy to use.

When I called to place my order for my new fridge freezer I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady, she took my order and told me everything I needed to know. The fridge freezer arrived exactly when it should have, delivery men were friendly and efficient, they took away the old one as arranged. A very good all round experience. Thank you

Excellent! Very good product knowledge. Went to great extend to find out if fridge had reversible door (called Germany). Spent a very long time going through various fridge options. Fridge arrived on time and was fully informed of status of delivery. Def very easy!

The website was easy to navigate. I was contacted well within the stated time by a very helpful lady who was able to arrange a delivery day to suit me. Was contacted as promised with my 2hour window the day before. Delivery drivers were polite and helpful and even took my fridge into my kitchen which no delivery guys have done with any of my other appliances (from other companies) as our kitchen is in the basement. Would definitely recommend Green and Easy.

I bought Heatkeeper Energy Saving Radiator Panels. I ordered them on Friday and they arrived on Saturday morning. Excellent Service! They came with clear instructions and I found them easy to fit. As I have only recently installed them I don't know if they will have any impact on my heating bills.

I ordered three Ventus Wind-Up torches on the Thursday arrived the next day, within 24 hours, First Class Service. I followed the instructions included and found the product worked as described powerful beam with little effort and a very robust construction once again First Class. Received the order for the (RADFLEK) radiator heat reflectors early.
Thanks for prompt attention.
Order was well packaged.
All of the required radiators have now been` insulated`, without any problems or queries at all.
Is a sure and easy method of `fixing` the insulation to position behind the radiators.

The website stated delivery by first-class post and it was - less than 48 hours from order to receipt of goods. Not many online suppliers are as speedy and the goods were exactly as shown on the website.

Website very easy to use and found it very easy to order. We were contacted by phone informing us of a wait for new stock. The lady on the phone was friendly and explained the situation well. In the end there wasn't too long to wait for delivery, which we were informed of the date by a telephone call. Excellent service, excellent product.
