I ordered two set of solar lights at the cheapest price on the web and was amazed when they arrived the very next day. Now that is what I call service.

OMG what a great product . I've bought saws, axes, splitters, but nothing really worked then I found the Smart Log Splitter. Very easy to assemble, I had it up and working in about 15 minutes. Very impressed, I love using it.
It can be done anywhere I use mine in the garage, when the weather gets better il take it outside. It has made my life easier, it's hard work chopping wood with an axe, but not anymore!!!!

Nothing was too much trouble, whether phoning back 5/6 times about different stock models or ringing 3-4 times to make sure the delivery time and date met our deadline in a timeframe that worked for us.

I bought a saw horse from this company for my husband, which was efficiently and promptly delivered. As the item won't be opened until Christmas Day and I don't know one end of a saw horse from the other, I was concerned about any problems and the guarantee. I emailed the company and a very witty lady called Jackie replied quickly and dispelled my concerns. Top marks to this company for it's customer services, which unfortunately is woefully lacking in so many internet shops these days.
Should I ever need another "boy's toy" Green & Easy will be my first port of call.

Have yet to receive ordered item. Waited in all day for courier who decided goods were damaged and were not fit for delivery. Unfortunately nobody told the customer - me!

prior to ordering Radflek radiator panels I phoned to check availability and price and was treated with the utmost courteousy. placed order that evening and goods arrived within 48h. price was competitive, delivery was free and service was excellent - what more can you ask for?!!

Came within a few days, was exactly what was described.
The packaging was not very good as the water butt was slightly scuffed in transit, better packaging would make the purchase 10/10 instead I would give it 8.

I was really impressed with the whole process. The price was lower than the main High Street stores, the stock availability much better and the delivery was exceptionally well organized and communicated. I was concerned about using an on-line retailer for a large purchase, but Green & Easy offered better service, clearer communication and greater reliability than any of the High Street stores I've bought from in the past.
Having a two hour delivery window and a call twenty minutes before actual delivery was a great benefit and essential for fitting in around a normal working day.

I purchased a Liebherr fridge freezer from Green and Easy. I had been struggling to find a company that would deliver to my third floor flat (as my building has no lift). Green and Easy customer service were efficient and friendly in answering my questions on delivery and then putting through my order. I was able to request a delivery day and the delivery men unpacked the fridge and positioned it to exactly where I wanted. I would certainly recommend Green and Easy!

Having always been a John Lewis fan and then being used to Amazon, I was looking for a Liebherr fridge freezer to fit a specific space.

I looked up Liebherr and then found the fridge I wanted via Google. I then came across Green and Easy. Firstly, they were very cheap, but on contacting them, I found the sort of service that you would expect to price the item at a premium.

David from Green and Easy called me on numerous occasions and gave me many different suggestions and at no time was I under any pressure to make a purchase. In the end, I bought a much cheaper appliance than I had already set out to thanks to the advice regarding my proposed set up.

Delivery was quick although my first appliance was damaged by the courier. Green and Easy made sure that a replacement was sent without a delay and now it is installed.

I will definitely shop at Green and Easy again and would not hesitate to insist that others do the same!
