We recently purchased a Liebherr Biofresh refrigerator and a Liebherr freezer from Green & Easy, and can give the highest recommendation to their service. Product information was excellent, pricing was extremely competitive, and delivery was flawless. We were contacted by Sprint, their courier, the day after we placed the order to confirm time of delivery, were given a 2-hour window the day before delivery, and were advised by phone by the driver of the precise delivery time in advance. First class service. The Liebherr products fully meet our expectations.

I ordered 3 sets of outdoor Christmas lights from this great little company. They arrived the following day, and were perfect. They were easily the most competitively priced and eco-friendly I found on the internet. The lights look amazing in my garden - I will be leaving them up all year round.
Customer service - top-notch.
Range of goods - brilliant.
Quality of goods - excellent.
I may well be buying more sets of these, as they would make excellent Christmas presents.

On ordering via the internet we experienced technical difficulties (probably due to our extremely slow connection) and were unsure if our order had gone through. I phoned the following morning, the phone was answered within a few rings - and not by a machine! My order was confimed within seconds and a promised call back regarding payment was returned in under five minutes. Excellent service!
Our freezer was delivered quickly and efficiently - but unfortunately arrived damaged - no damage on packaging so probably occurred prior to despatch from manufacturer. This again was sorted out really quickly and efficiently by Green and easy and a replacement arrived 48 hours later direct from the manufacturer.
I would certainly order from this company again - if only they were all this efficient, friendly and helpful.

Only minus is lack of tracking info for delivery. Just a shame the product doesn't live up to their service.

We have no problem with your company's service. You have been really good. However, Forest are not so good. The first item we ordered, a herb planter, I phoned Forest to rearrange delivery. Despite this, the item arrived on the original day, when no one was at home. They left it at the door and luckily it was ok. We are still awaiting the log store which we ordered recently. It was supposed to arrive last Wed. At lunchtime we had a call to say that the driver couldn't find our post code. That was because he had GL, not DL on his sheet. He was in London, we're in Durham. We were later told that we would need to wait for a full lorry load of products to come to Gateshead, after which the log store would be delivered to us. As yet we do not know when we are likely to receive it.

It has been a pleasure dealing with this company right from the beginning of my enquiry and subsequent order up to keeping me informed on each stage of delivery of my new freezer. Everybody I spoke to was very friendly & polite but the icing on the cake was that I had ordered on a Tuesday and would have liked delivery that week as I was off work but the earliest delivery would have been for the following Monday. However, I then received a call on the Wednesday to say that the courier who was to have made my delivery had damaged some items at the warehouse which included mine BUT not to worry ! Green and Easy had then arranged to have a replacement to be delivered to me direct from the manufacturer for the Friday ! Now that is great customer service in my book!

I would recommend this company without hesitation for customer service and competitive prices.

I have been worried a bit ordering an expensive appliance from an Internet source I have never heard about but I decided to risk and good I did! Whole transaction was smooth and easy, from ordering to delivery, which was fast and I was called to confirm it, and later just before the delivery. I also saved a lot compared with high street shop and there was additional £50 promotion :)
I would recommend them to anyone and surely, will remember next time I am shopping.

I found Green and Easy through Google search and phoned to find out if the item I wanted was in stock. The customer service agent was very courteous, helpful and phoned me back as she said she would.

Green and Easy offered the best price for my appliance and had an easily useable website. For various reasons I needed to call them twice regarding delivery. They have an alternative to a premium rate number so that's one good thing. Both times they answered the phone immediately, so that's another good thing. On one occasion they didn't immediately know the answer to my question and promised to call back, which they did within the time they'd given. So that's a third good thing. Finally, the delivery itself was at the arranged time and, although it's not directly Green and Easy's staff, the delivery drivers were unusually helpful. So that's a fourth good thing.

I'd recommend them highly and use them again.

I ordered over the phone, David was most helpful. He rang me back to arrange a convenient day for delivery ( to suit me ! ) Yay
First class service - and the Log Splitter is making life a lot easier.

Silverlight Canterbury Solar Wall Lights, purchased 2 of these and was better than expected lit up the area very well for solar lights. Easy to fit.

Good price with next day delivery.
