I order 3 samples on 08.12.15 and today 14.12 I am still waiting.

Samples arrived very fast, as did the wood when ordered. Love the wide planks, though quite a variation in colours, which I am not quite so happy about. Having said that once I have got the furniture in the room, I don't think it will be noticed. Long term, I am more interested in how the wood wears. As a first time buyer of wood floors (and using a builder to fit it who didn't think about the extras), it would be good to have a check-list of things you really need to buy at the time of purchasing the floor. I know you list accessories but the 'must-have-essentials-for-dummies' would be helpful as I had to go out and buy underlay and glue separately.

Having recently dealt with another flooring company whose customer service was simply appalling Green Apple has been like a breath of fresh air. Quite excellent . Well done.

I have only just made the order, so I can't comment on the quality of the wood as I haven't received it yet. However, Jeff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in terms of assisting me to choose the floor and accessories.
I have previously ordered from Green Apple and would not hesitate to do so again. All the staff are professional, helpful and easy to contact.
