I was very impressed with the website first of all, after placing an order I received a call immediately to confirm. They also informed me of a promotion they were just about to run so they knocked some money off my order even though they didn't have to. I was extremely impressed. Delivery was scheduled for a day to suit and arrived on time. The floor itself is great and I'm really happy with the quality.

I work in Ecommerce so know the business and I give this company 5 stars.

My only gripe was that the courier wouldn't help take the order upstairs to my second floor flat.

Outstanding service and customer care, we have ordered twice now and both times delivery has turned up on the day agreed, flooring has gone down a treat. looks amazing, thank you Green Apple Flooring.

The website emphasised speedy delivery. After ordering on 27 March I was sent a mail stating: "Thank you very much for your order, we are currently awaiting stock which is due on the 6th of April so delivery to you will be apx 9th of April, we will of course confirm a convenient date nearer the time."
Why didn't the product page state that? It's now 9th April & Ive heard nothing further & yet Trust Pilot has sent an automatic mail for my feed back. Something is broken in this process!

Ordered samples which arrived quickly and gave me a great choice. Product samples were of very good quality and of good value. Will order from this company again.

We have just had a Greenapple floor fitted in our new kitchen diner. We chose Conrad 220mm Oak Plank Titanium White Brushed & UV Oiled Engineered (001062) because we wanted a a bleached white boardwalk appearance. The finished result is simply stunning with the wide planks displaying lovely knots and graining. I could not be happier with the quality and appearance. The oiled finish is matt and looks natural and I have found it can withstand tea and coffee as well as wine spills easily. I found the company on the internet and they were extremely helpful and efficient in every way. We have already recommended Greenapple to family and friends.

I ordered a couple of sample's which came in couple of days and are of excellent quailty, It's good to get a sample to check colours, think an order is on the way

The service I received was exceptional, the staff helped me to obtain exactly the look I wanted to achieve. When the product arrived there was damage to the side of one box, the gentleman delivering was very helpful and made a note on the delivery. I immediately contacted Greenapple flooring they were happy to replace the damaged box if the contents were unuseable. Fortunately our fitter was very good and managed to trim the damaged boards to use under our kitchen units.
I can honestly say that it was a refreshing change to buy from a company who valued their customers and wanted to ensure that a first class service was provided. Well done I will be buying more from this company. A special thanks to Jeff.

I ordered engineered flooring just to do initially in lounge and hallways.
We were so pleased with the end product that have continued through
rest of the house.
