Ordered a copper fire pit from greenfingers very happy with the product and delivery time I was kept up to date with emails and tracking would definitely use them again

Greenfingers are definitely GO! I have been very pleased with the service, quality and value in my recent dealings with Greenfingers. They offer a very wide-ranging selection of gardening and general outdoor products and frequently at remarkably low prices. I can recommend them wholeheartedly!

Paid £245 for a water butt , they informed me it had been posted and included
a tracking number , a week later they said they don't have stock of the item
And would refund me , 4days later still no refund , they need to be closed down !
A very dishonest outfit .

We were looking for a specific size gazebo, for the decking my partner and I had built. We found this one on line. Website is easy to use/order. Took slightly longer to arrive due to covid 19. Only downside is the tracking facility, only advises when you purchase has been despatched, would have preferred to track like other websites. Other than that very happy with the company and the gazebo, has finished the decking off lovely.

Purchased rattan table to match settee and chairs I had already, so happy it is perfect!! Great quality, great price and fast delivery, would definitely order from green fingers again.

I purchased 8m of the Border Stone Recycled Rubber Flexible Lawn from greenfingers. Brilliant product easily installed. It was more expensive than the wooden log roll type I was thinking of buying but definitely worth the extra money. I won’t need to maintain it. Only negative was the fixing pegs could have been a bit longer and slightly stronger but I still managed to fix it in place regardless. Defines my small garden border nicely. Had lots of compliments on how it looks. Good communication and fast delivery from the company. Would recommend.

Great selection of products, excellent prices, fast delivery - and very good quality, judging by the sun-lounger I bought! Would certainly use again.

Ordered a vibrating plate plus trolley and mat which came with "free next day delivery", unfortunately only standard delivery was available at checkout. As it was after hours I emailed them via their contact form to find out what was going on with that. At 10am today I emailed them to chase because I'd heard nothing back and by lunchtime still had no response so I phoned them to discover that they've shut down their phone system and were only contactable by email. As of close of business today I've had no contact so I assume that it's not coming on Monday which is no good to me. I'd email them to cancel the order but given the previous lack of contact I doubt it'll make any difference. Unfortunately I'm just going to have to refuse delivery when it turns up and buy the products from elsewhere which is going to cost them money but that's the price you pay for not communicating with your customers I guess.

I have recently started to buy my materials for my gardening projects from Greenfingers as they carry a good stock of important essentials at a very reasonable price and the service is excellent. They keep you up to date with the progress of your order and nothing seems to be any trouble to them. Greenfingers service and products have exceeded my expectations so much so that I would recommend them for all your garden requirements.

Never had a problem with Greenfingers items arrived well packed. If something is wrong they will either change the item or refund with no problem. At the moment waiting for yet another order to arrive as their products are first class,

I have shopped twice so far with Greenfingers, once for a Greenworks hedge cutter, and once for a replacement parasol for my patio table. Greenfingers attraction in the first instance was their excellent price on both items and their delivery was excellent. They are now on my saved list and I will not hesitate to explore their product list if am in need of garden equipment again.

I have shopped with Greenfingers on two occasions now and I have found their products to be excellant and good value for money. They often have special offers too. Delivery is always good and on time, even during this pandemic. The website is easy to navigate and the whole buying process and communication from the company is easy and prompt.

Excellent service, even during current pandemic. Delivery time excellent. Arrived in excellent condition, lovely bright hot pink colour. Just what I wanted to add a pop of colour to my garden bench. Fit is excellent, looks made-to-measure. Nice padding & lovely material to the cover, with ties to keep cushion in place. Excellent quality for the price. Thank you.

Purchased a new garden bench. Great product, great value and delivery was quick

The solar table light arrived promptly and was packaged well. It looks fine in my patio table in the day but at night the colours patterns are really lovely. Very pleased overall.

Concrete base for parasol was delivered on time but went to wrong address at at a neighbours house,don't know if this was a mistake by greenfingers putting delivery address on form.The base is heavy as it should be but the holder keeps unscrewing when the parasol turns.I screw it into the base as tight as possible but have to keep an eye on it if windy.The service from greenfingers is excellent and would recommend them.
