I would suggest you think long and hard…
I would suggest you think long and hard about this middle man company. my experience was not a good one. bought a mower for nearly £700 and after a couple of months the securing bolt holding the blade sheared off whilst in use.
The mower was supplied by Greenfingers but the dispatch/seller was NOVO, so ,Greenfingers are just a shop front with no ability to help with defective products sold by others
Anyway, bottom line is no help from Greenfingers, less help from NOVO and by credit card provider sided with the retailer. I now have, what I consider, an unsafe product bought from a company who could care less
3x2 greenhouse FAULTY/POORLY MANUFACTURED
So, i just bought the 3x2x2 greenhouse for a freshly built garden bed and this is a very poorly manufactured 'product' (if you can call it a product)
it destroyed my garden Nicola, contact your employer and show him this review! (not that the stooge cares for the consumer's)
THE STITCHING TEARS APART 1 DAY AFTER SETTING UP!!! highly un-reccomended to WASTE money on this CHEAPLY/POORLY made piece of plastic crap..... bruh, why even sell this product! it is rendered useless in 1 day in the slightest windy breeze
the frame is poorly designed (different to picture in AD) due to water pooling up in the middle because the water can not flow down the sides (like it shows in the photo) so FALSE ADVERTISING.
the excess on the bottom is WAY WAY SMALLER than shown in the photo... so YOU CANT LAY BRICKS around the edge, to help hold the cover down from flapping around in the wind (false advertising.. again)
the TIE DOWN POINTS are horrible and there are way less tie down points inside the cover to tie to the frame... there should be at least 6 for each hoop... but no... they only do 4 for only the front and back hoops..... rendered USELESS!
the tie down points are horribly stitched to the cover so it tares off after 1 gust of wind... the LEAST they could do is stitch everything together a little better and add more cover tie down points to the frame... i literally smacked myself upside the head for skimping out on money like the manufacturers skimped out on materials and effort!

the cover ruined half my plants from tearing and flapping in the wind...
spend an extra $100 and get a tough, durable and properly woven stitched product that wont be a headache 1 day after installing, oh and make sure the cover attaches to the frame at least! :( :( :(
DON'T tell me my review is on the wrong bloody website because this product was clearly manufactured by your company and it clearly has your logo on the packaging!
i want this product manufactured to be more suitable in windy rainy environments and have more effort applied to the design process (quite obviously)
this company is the worst in the garden industry and scams its customers of their hard earned money by falsely advertising faulty products and clearly doesn't give a damn about the user who is filling the companies pockets!!!

We ordered a log store. When it arrived it only came with one door instead of 2 doors. We contacted the company the next working day and received the 2nd door a couple of days later. Ok, the doors were not quite the same measurements, one is a little shorter than the other... but its a log store. Its fine.
I've left 5 stars because I was happy with their customer service.
Rubbish Greenhouse.
We bought a Greenfingers green house and assembled it in the back yard. A normal winter front arrived with wind and rain and demolished the greenhouse. The green house is a poorly engineered flimsy construction of low grade soft aluminium with plastic fittings. They are a heap of rubbish that should have been placed in the bin before construction not waiting until after. I can not recommend these green houses to any body (not even my worst enemy).

Sell dangerous goods and don't care.
Bought a cast aluminium table and chair set about 16 months ago. Recently a chair leg suddenly snapped off causing me a knee injury. Could have been very much worse. They just don't seem to care. Cast aluminium furniture should last a long time so very dissapointed. Just get a stock reply from Greenfingers. Been happy with them in the past but will never use them again after their failure to respond.
Excellent Company
Ordered some garden furniture and it didn't meet my requirements as there was a fault with the chairs. Contacted the Company and they were absolutely superb. I was given the option of receiving new chairs or a partial refund, I took the new chair option which were delivered just 5 days later, an absolutely superb Company who I shall definitely be buying from again.
Problematic site
One star, because I have been unable to contact the company with a query in respect of an item which I had hoped to purchase.
A total of four emails to their "contact" address has simply been ignored. The item is one which is also itemised "multi reductions". Why don't I get a blessed answer?

Good quality. Quick delivery.
Very pleased with my mini-greenhouse. Not cheap but very well constructed, easy to assemble, and will outlast cheaper softwood versions. Swift delivery too, ordered late Sunday pm, arrived 8 am on Tuesday.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company, AND Forest. I ordered a greenhouse from Greenfingers which was delivered by their suppliers, Forest. The item was defective (missing panels) on arrival. I contacted Greenfingers to ask for a refund. I was advised the item needed to be collected by the supplier (Forest) before they could issue a refund.
I made contact with Forest asking them to collect the defective product who initially responded to my email and advised someone will be in contact with me within 48 hrs to arrange collection, no one made contact to arrange collection.
I sent a further email and was told someone would make contact, again no one made contact to arrange collection.
I then went back to Greenfingers who said they would contact Forest on my behalf and was also advised that someone would be in touch with me in the next 48 hrs to arrange collection, no one made contact to arrange collection.
Numerous calls and emails later the product has still not been collected by Forest and therefore Greenfingers will not refund me my money.
Forest made contact on 24/01 to say they have arranged a collection date for 26/01. I advised them they this date was not suitable as I work Monday-Fri and asked for an alternative date. Whilst waiting for that date Greenfingers have contacted me to say I have ‘cancelled’ my collection dates offered by Forest.
Please note my order was placed in October and we are now in the month of January.
Despite my best efforts in trying to resolve this situation I have had no choice but to instruct my credit card company to recover my money and advised Greenfingers the defective product will be disposed of.

Excellent customer service
Product was delivered very promptly with excellent communication. The payment system stopped working during the transaction and the payment was taken twice. Staff were very helpful. The refund was processed very quickly. Would buy from this company again.

Ordered Corten steel edging for the garden, was at a much lower price than any other seller I could find, and it arrived within 3 days.

Terrible service
Terrible service. They are impossible to contact and simply don't answer the phone...ever. An item was ordered and it was shown as dispatched the next day, although the tracking number does not work. Two weeks later and nothing has arrived. Greenfingers are trying to blame tye courier, but they don't have the item. Avoid this company, as you will see from various reviews, they often fail to deliver.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service after defective product sent as a golden wedding anniversary present for my parents. Telephone after sales unhelpful and they don't answer emails. An upsetting experience all round.
Great Chessington table
We took a chance despite the reviews and ordered the Chessington 180 table. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble and looks great. We sealed it with teak oil before using and keep it covered when out of use to improve its longevity. Overall great value for money! The delivery service could be better but luckily table wasn’t damaged in anyway.
