Ordered two different sizes of granite setts, which arrived when they said they would. There was a miscommunication over the quantity of replacements due to a stock shortage, but I have to say when I raised this with the company this was resolved within the hour and the shortfall delivered the very next working day. There was no conversation about fitting into delivery schedules - just a straightforward "we'll get them to you on the next delivery day". Which they did. Mistakes do happen in life and it's how you deal with them that matters - I was very impressed with the way green garden paving dealt with the problem and minimised the inconvenience to me.

We ordered a 'Celtic Bronze' circle set after asking for colour advice to match our existing patio flag stones and the pictures favoured this option. We paid an extra £10 for next day delivery which we thought was a bargain and sure enough it arrived as ordered. When we unpacked it however we found the colour to be all sandstone/buff and on further inspection found one piece missing and one piece broken. We contacted them straight away and after a couple of e-mails to establish the correct colours we ordered a 'Saxon Swirl' to replace it. We had to wait over the weekend which was when I had planned to lay it as I had taken the week off...the replacement arrived last Monday all complete and correct colours and the original was taken away. The set was laid this week and I have to say it looks great...I cannot fault the response from 'Green Garden Paving' as they sorted everything out straight away so apart from the original issue we're quite happy with the service and the quality of the second set...

Everything went to plan with the deliveries and the landcapers were impressed by the quality of the materials supplied. Great efficient service. Green Garden Paving will be my first contact for future paving projects.

All laid and wonderful rustic colouring. Some had gone greenish already so perfect for my garden.

Indian sandstone samples supplied, choice made and my order of setts arrived promptly all at a great price.

Couldn't find round stepping stones anywhere else (not in the DIY sheds anyway) and these were a good price and delivered quickly. Would recommend.

Searched online for weeks and Green Garden Paving offered a great quality, attractive product (patio paving circle) at a great price compared to what available from other competitors. Only negative was the delivery company they use could only say delivery would be between 9am and 5pm on the designated day meaning I had to wait in all day and the delivery arrived at one minute to 5pm.

Let me start with the only con: it took away from what would otherwise have been perfect service. I didn't receive any advance warning of when my product was going to be delivered. Ultimately, this wasn't an issue because my flatmate was home to take receipt, but it would have been inconvenient otherwise. A call on the morning from the driver would have seen this off.

Apart from this, perfect. The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. The purchase / payment system is simple and quick. The product was excellent, exactly what my particular project required. It was identical to that ordered, arrived perfectly packaged and in excellent order. The product arrived quickly - within two working days - of the order.

Incidentally, my order was in place of an order I had placed earlier with B&Q. Weeks had passed following placing that order without any communication from the supplier. When ultimately - after several unanswered e-mails and hanging on the amusingly entitled "Customer Services" line for about 45 minutes, I was able to discuss it with a representative, I was informed the product was no longer being supplied and the order could not be fulfilled. It was on cancelling my order that I placed this one with Green Garden Paving. The experience as a customer could not have been more different to the shoddy approach to customer services provided by B&Q. And the replacement product was cheaper through Green Garden Paving!

All in all, and but for the initial observation, it's impossible to find fault. But for the need to warn customers about delivery windows, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company - based on this transaction - to others.

On first impressions I can highly recommend the brush-in pointing compound and now only waiting to see how it stands up to the elements. With the brushing-in, compacting and finishing processes I recommend a two person job bearing in mind the compound's going-off time of approx 45mins from opening.

Could not ask for better service.

Ordered saxon circle kit which had blue and plum colours to match slate i have in garden and was sent circle with beige and green colours. Conplained, but was told because it is a natural product it could come in any colour tones. So why show 4 different colours? Very dissapointed in the customer service.

They delivered the goods quickly and reliably each time we used them

I purposely made sure that I emailed your company before placing an order due to delivery times and the service i would be provided with. I work full time and only get certain days off and needed to ensure that the day the items would arrive would be a day that I wasn't at work. I was informed that before delivery i would receive a phone call to sort out a suitable time for delivery and this phone call never came, also I was informed that i would need to sign for the package to make sure there was nothing wrong with the package. Well instead of this service I was shocked to find out when i got home my package was not only just lying in the middle of a puplic walkway but some of my paving stones were broken in half and if id have been there i would not have accepted the delivery. I am not one to complain hence why I am only bringing this up now rather than at the original time of delivery because fortunatly there were enough slabs without the broken ones to complete my garden. Even so the service was inadequate and I even paid for delivery!
