Excellent customer service and stone was of a high quality and excellent value for money.
We chose the product from the well organised site that enabled you to view the product and if you wish a sample would be sent. With some sites the desciption given does not match the goods when you receive them. This was defintely not the case with Green Garden paving. It did give an exact representation of the product we ordered. We are extremely happy with the garden circle and will purchase future items from them.

Buying from the company was easy and quick, delivery was very swift and item was exactly what I wanted, excellent value, would not hesitate to buy again from Green garden paving!

Very poor service with minimal customer service
Order placed with Green Garden Paving. Email received asking for a contact number from a 'Peter Hopkins'. I replied 3 times to this email with a number initially but also asking for information regarding delivery. Nil response on each occasion.
After receiving the 'despatched' email and yet nothing had arrived after a 72 hour period, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I called Green Garden who seemed confused as to why delivery had not occurred. They said I should call delivery firm (Hampshire Tile) direct as 'there was nothing they could do'! Girl at Hampshire Tile was far more helpful but told of late information being passed from Green Garden and the delivery firm not having the correct details. They suggested I call another department and thus the classic 'customer has to chase' syndrome was in full flow.
Eventually, they found my details and realised no delivery was scheduled to be planned as details were 'lost in the system'.
I managed to sort everything out myself through no assistance from Green Garden. Very poor first impression and I just hope the delivery appears as planned tomorrow.

Had we recieved a contact number on the original order, the delivery would not have been delayed and the following consquence been avoided.
Good but pricey.
Order despatched and delivered very quickly. Product easy to use but we found a big solidified lump in one of the packets but didn't bother to complain.
