I was very pleased with the product as Green Garden Paving was much cheaper than I had found the product anywhere else and it was the exact same quality as any others I had looked it. Order was processed and delivery made within stated timescales. There was an issue with some broken slabs and Green Garden paving rectified this immedietely and I was very happy with the outcome. Would definetely recommend them

Service good, small problem solved professionally

We ordered some stepping stones which were delivered within two days. Very informative as to when to expect delivery.

Green Garden Paving were very good in sending the sample of Saxon Swirl sandstone, but they did not have any stock until the end of May, while we are ready to lay our patio now.

Very satisfied with plants and delivery condition.

I arrived at the specific product page for 'Amazon Riven Slate 600x300' via a Google search for 'Slate Paving'. The products were comparable in cost to other suppliers, except GreenGardenPaving didn't charge delivery, so I thought that the price represented a good deal.

When the products arrived however, they were 10mm thick slate tiles, not 25mm pavers as required, and so I was left with no option but to return the product and incur a £45 + VAT charge.

I'll hold my hands up.. I accept that I should have probably rung to ask for more product information. I also accept that the company T&C's state that returns are at the customers expense. But, on a website called GreenGarden*PAVING* I think it was fair for me to assume that I was buying PAVING not TILING.

The product page could (should) have listed the product as Amazon Slate *Tiles*, or better yet, provided additional information (as most of their competitors do) regarding the thickness of the product.

As I say, I'll except that I should have made more enquiries before I purchased, but still, incurring a £50+ charge to return a purchase made in error was a bit of a stinger and could have easily been avoided if the product page carried some very simple additional information.

the goods were ordered one afternoon and delivered the following day, the goods were as described although were repacked by TNT because they had been dropped by them and the tins damaged, I put no blame on Green Garden Paving completely out of their control, do not hesitate in using them.

I wanted some advice before buying and, although the first person that answered the phone didn't seem up to the task, when I called back the next day I got someone that knew what he was talking about and was very helpful. I would certainly advise calling rather than just relying on the website, which I discovered was saying an item was out of stock when it was not. One of the items I ordered wasn't delivered but the matter was resolved speedily.

These guys had the second best price for what I wanted but the best priced company's website kept dropping out when I tried to pay. Turns out this is a sister company and I had to pay more for the same thing from the same people.

The website is hard work, takes ages to make it understand you want an invoice to one address and delivery somewhere different.
But, the stuff arrived on time and was just what I needed, so overall I would use them again.

We are looking to carry out an extension to our patio and currently looking for paving slabs to match. I've request two types of samples from Green Garden Paving which have arrived in quick time and at no cost to me. Great service.

Although I have only (so far) ordered samples from Green Garden Paving, they have communicated and performed superbly well. My samples arrived fast, clearly labelled and well packed. I would have no reservations in recommending this supplier based on my experience so far, and hope to use them again in the future if their products meet my plans.

The minipacks of Terram stabilisation/weed control fabric are not easily available so I was pleased to find them at Green Garden Paving - and at a very competitive price. Delivery was fast and efficient. I already know the product from previous use so I will be happy with it - just pleased that GGP sell it at a good price.

The black limestone paving has lived up to our expectations well. Our builder likes it as it is calibrated and we like it as the product is excellent and the price very competetive.

Delivery was quick and arranged well via the carrier.
