I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the communication and treatment of my elderly parents from KRIS BAILEY of Greens Plumbing and Heating Carterton.
My Parents had communications with KRIS BAILEY (of Greens Plumbing and Heating Carterton) to start the installation of a wet room in their property due to Start today on the 12th October 2020. This is being financed by RAAFA as both my parents are Time Served Veterans of the Royal Air Force and my father is registered disabled.
My Father suffers from enhanced Parkinson's disease which renders him partially incapacitated, always anxious and somewhat depressed, this in turn puts tremendous pressure on my Mother as his primary career.
With the numerous complications of having to care for her husband/ Parkinson’s sufferer, my Mother is under an inordinate amount of stress trying to arrange time to be away for KRIS BAILEY to carry out the install of the wet room.
The installation process rendering them with no bathroom or toilet facilities for some 3 weeks.
Having negotiated a date some months ago to start the project, my parents have made plans to be absent and give KRIS BAILEY a key so he could come and go as he pleased to carry out the project (They are the kind of trusting generation that are rare these days.)
Any way with the due date thundering near my mother has for the past 2-3 weeks being trying to communicate with KRIS BAILEY the arrangement to start the project and arrange the key.
There has been no attempt to return any calls in fact NO return communication at all, not even a polite text message or courteous phone call to confirm or re-arrange the project dates.
So my parents being my parents decided to look up the business address and pay a visit to the business address (as advertised on Facebook, their website, and Houzz) to see if they could at least re-arrange (They visited yesterday, Sunday 11th October 2020) only to find that the address is a residential one and the person who answered the door informed my parents that KRIS BAILEY was no longer resident at the address.
Funnily enough my parents received a phone call from KRIS BAILEY this morning……….
KRIS BAILEY used abusive and threatening language to my mother who is 79 years old…………………Well done KRIS BAILEY you are such a big tough guy eh!!
Oh I almost forgot………….my mother asked KRIS BAILEY if he didn’t want to carry out the project to the tune of £8000 and KRIS BAILEY’s reply was “I’ve got enough F~*king work to see me through to next summer”
Lets hope not eh KRIS BAILEY.
KRIS BAILEY continued to shout expletives and scream down the phone at my mother telling her to never visit his residential address again……………………..Its a registered Business address KRIS BAILEY……………..they just thought they may be able to talk to someone about the arrangement to do their project of a DISABLED wet room at their property.
If you are looking for Plumbing or Heating engineers, then I couldn’t be more positive in suggesting that you look elsewhere.
