Good company, worst delivery
Great idea the company, but the delivery supplier is the worst (Packs). They say they delivered a present but it never came. When I asked my friend if she received something, Greetz offered to resend the present but same issue. Would not order again with this experience.

Delivery guarantee does not exist
Usually everything goes well regarding delivery. Not yesterday (feb 14 2025). Order was delivered according to PostNL, but there was nothing delivered in the mailbox. I paid extra to have the guarantee to have it delivered on February 14. Customer service is very busy and hard to reach. The only thing they could do is sending the order again free of charge. However, the extra costs that you paid for the delivery guarantee are not refunded.

Jeeezzz, It's really bad. There is no customer service, noone replies to you. Your gifts never arrive on time. They behave like a scamming e-commerce from India. Don't use them for surprising cards or gifts - you can not rely on them. Also, designing your own card is a pain in the xxx their tool crashes every 2 seconds. Not worth your time or money.

Great for long distance partners!
I use this to send cards to my long distance boyfriend and his family. It’s so much easier than mailing cards all the way from Canada! Cheaper, too.

The experience was the worst
The experience was the worst. The customer service was not helpful at all. After I collected all the greetings from the team, it was challenging to make an order for the group card. Now, I have no cards for the farewell party. Not a recommended website at all!

They just suck
Ordered two cards (14th of nov.) as a surprise for my family, but the only one surprised was me. Order never arrived, and after contact with customer service (After 20 they kicked me out of the waiting line without replying and I had to go through the process again) they said I had to pay for another shipping. No way, I am never ordering here again.

Orders never arrive and customer service is terrible
Ordered with them a few times and always with problems. This time 2 out of 3 cards were not delivered and customer service did not come with fair compensation. This is the last time i’ll order with them

Reliable service
I order from the US for my family in the Netherlands. Orders always arrived as described and on time. I like that I can have things delivered to multiple addresses, but it is not always immediately apparent how to do that.
