A system error, no resolution given
I experienced a system error: the message printed in the card is not the last version I submitted to. I contacted the customer service immediately, however, there is nothing they can do even though this is an error from their side.

I made an order which never arrived
I made an order which never arrived. I called them and allegedly the package got damaged so they sent it back. I didn’t receive any notification about this nor did they send an new package out to make out for it.
It took a while to get in touch with their customer service.
You pay quite a bit on their gifts & on the delivery but they always are late or there are problems so you are better off going to the store yourself. Would not recommend if other options are a available or if your delivery time is important.

user friendly
This site is always user friendly. I love all the different pay options that they have available. The option to have what you are ordering sent either to you or directly to the person that you want to gift is very nice. The next day service is also very good.
