Great products, well packaged. I will enjoy tasting the flavour. Slightly soured by Royal Mails tardy delivery. They missed the 48 hour delivery, by 48 hours! Even though it had arrived at the local... See more

Love your oat flat white iced coffee and such a good deal gave some to my daughter love the taste
love Grind accessories - happy with the milk frother and the clueless iced coffee cups
I had an issue with receiving the wrong delivery, but the customer service was excellent. They sorted everything out quickly and efficiently with no hassle. I really appreciated how responsive, helpful, and professional the team was throughout the process. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a company handles them that matters, and they did a fantastic job. Thank you for the great customer care—I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again!
I love Grind, their coffee is amazing & I also treated myself to the new Grind 2 Coffee Machine which looks the business in my kitchen!! 😍
I have a subscription with very quick + free, packaged well delivery which is really easy to set up & any queries just email & they get back to you promptly (even on a Sunday) !! You can tell the staff really care about customers & are passionate about the product they sell & rightly so! I’ve even converted my sister & my Mum to Grind & they now love it as well 😍
Love the coffee and that the pods are biodegradable! We’ve had a few batches of dud pods here and there but overall happy.
I have had a subscription to Grind for over 6 months now and have never had an issue. I currently get the Editions coffee beans and have loved every product I have received.
I’ve been a Grind customer for a long time now, and they never disappoint. I look forward to my monthly iced coffee + coffee bag subscription every single month—it's absolute perfection. What really made me a customer for life, though, was their recent honesty regarding price changes. It’s so rare for a company to be that transparent with their community, and I deeply appreciate it. Love everything about Grind!
Grind coffee is great, we are a fan of the house blend. Always consistent quality and nice communications from Grind. This review it specifically focused on the online shop and coffee bean purchases
Great coffee and good value. I had on subscription for some time and always go back. Delivery a bit slow only reason for 4 stars
Food is great .. sadly service not so much ..

This is the second time I have ordered Grind pods and again about 30% of the pods are faulty with little or no coffee produced. I first ordered in March 2025 and vowed not to get them again after many failures. I relented and ordered in June this year and again was disappointed. Definitely never again.

Delivered quickly. Ordered the limited edition flavoured coffees and all are very nice. Free tin was a little dented :(
Decaf coffee pods (dark blend and house) tasted great as a base for a decaf Americano, but the pods themselves frequently block and coffee doesn’t run through them, flooding the interior of the machine and writing off a pod. The leaked water is full of coffee grounds creating much more mess than an aluminium pod. Probably won’t reorder as it cuts across the convenience, which is the main attraction vs making decaf in my cafetiere.

Was easy to use and got an added discount due to Father’s Day.
I am already on monthly subscription
Just top with some instant when they had sale on
Usual great service and delivery
I wish I hadn't changed my caramel pods for honey nut pods. I dont like them at all :( maybe toffee nut would have worked better? They will now be wasted and i cant afford to pay for new ones , they are expensive as it is . Im disappointed , and may have to cancel my subscription now !
