Really happy with my GRIND Coffee hand grinder. It feels well made, sturdy and easy to use, and it gives a really consistent grind. I like that I can adjust the grind depending on how I’m making my coffee, and it’s compact enough to store easily.
The quality is great and it’s made a noticeable difference to my coffee. Overall, I’m really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality hand grinder.

Ordered the Mew cap on their website only to be told my it had run out of stock so the order was cancelled. They were woefully unprepared for the popularity of their Pokémon products and the exploitation of scalpers who bought everything up to sell on eBay at inflated prices.

Also, be aware that if you use a discount code and it brings the total order below the free postage threshold, you will have to pay postage or buy something else - there are no products cheaper than their cheapest postage charge! I've never known a company to charge for postage by the total order amount and not the full price value of their products. Very sneaky tactic to make people buy something else to qualify for free postage.

Im not the biggest coffee drinker so im pretty fussy what i buy and this has been my go to for a while now. Good price and fast delivery too.

Fast delivery, great products. Love the compostable pods and the coffee tastes delicious.

No issues with delivery or the quality of the product, but the pistachio flavoured pods do not taste of pistachio at all, which was disappointing. The pods also don't pour perfectly, specifically the pistachio pods.

Easy ordering

I bought what I thought was an advent calendar, so 24 or 25 sachets of ground coffee. My fault for not reading properly but there are only 12 in an advertised advent calendar! For almost £30….

The advent calendar looks very cute and my partner was very happy with it, hasn’t tried it yet of course. I did order a sleeve of decaf house bland pods and i have to say it’s one of the best coffee pods i’ve ever tried. Will definitely order more in the future.

In the short time I’ve been using Grind for my coffee needs I’ve really come to appreciate not only the great coffee but the great admin behind the brand. Frankly I expected lesser service after I read about the great connection with BA for their international flights but I can happily say you guys have got it right. You put your customers to the front of the line for great service. Keep on doing that guys and I for one will be with you for a very long time. Thank you for your support.

We flagged an issue with our Grind machine over a month ago and have had very poor customer service which appears to be mainly AI generated emails, but no actual resolution of our issue or contact with a human. Incredibly disappointed in GRIND - you really need to sort out your shoddy customer services.

Coffee hasn’t arrived so can’t say how it tastes. Why oh why do people use Evri (Hermes) as a courier they are absolutely terrible! Will be contacting Grind asking for a refund as order still not here.

Well I just bought the Miffy X Grind collection and it didn't disappoint - items were packaged well & are of excellent quality too 😁
