Unexpected additional fees after ordering

After ordering I received a FedEx email stating I had to pay import fees of over £87. I was not made aware of these fees when ordering. The website also doesn’t make it clear you’re ordering from Lithuania as prices are quoted in sterling. Needless to say I got a nasty shock when this additional fee came through. I will not be ordering again and will not recommend. In fact I will be making other professional aware of this company.

Witte Roseline 82551

Witte Roseline 82551, ordered 27 August, arrived in Italy 7 September. Shipping from Lithuania took a bit under two weeks but everything went smoothly. Great quality scissors, beautifully sharp and carefully packed. Recommended.
